Great car. I have turbo version and it is very fun to drive. I do wish it had a larger gas tank. I get about 300 miles out of a tank of breast.

Soul red crystal paint best red ever. Turbo offers lots of power and good mileage. Interior is excellent. Quality thru out. Heads up display is cool. Adapative cruise is nice. Fit and finish is top notch. Has a shifter! No push buttons and no CVT!

It's the first vehicle that I have ever owned that I take out driving just for sake of driving! No destination just driving... I get a big grin every time I press the accelerator on my CX-30 Turbo Premium Plus trim. I am very happy with it and very happy that Mazda holds the top spot at consumer reports for reliability. The funny thing is, Mazda was not even on my radar originally, but it happens that it was one of the few dealerships in my area that had any inventory. Once I test drove it....It was Game Over! Went home and did a bunch or research and found out all the good stuff...went back the next day and bought it.

I visited on the second day being opened and had a great experience in buying a 2022 Explorer and trading in a 2016. It was seamless. Had an issue with the new car that turned out to be a factory defect that they had Ford correct. All good. I’ll be back.

My wife's car was about 6 months away from end of lease and she decided that she drives too many miles and would like to buy her next car. So we decided to start looking. We first went back to our Mazda dealer and told them we were looking for a used car and gave our budget. We were basically told they didn't have any used vehicles (really?), and that we should wait and see if any promos run. I used to drive Altimas (I had 3 - last one in 2010) so I suggested she look at that car and we went to Rockland Nissan. We were immediately greeting by Michael, new to Nissan, but very nice and professional. After discussing what we wanted and that we didn't think we could get one right now, he looked at inventory andour budget, and found us a car we could get. So we agreed and filled out the paperwork - the only real hiccup was when we spoke to their finance manager - the monthly fee was higher than we were promised. The issue was my wife was over in miles on her lease so Tim O'keefe (the main guy there) came in, sat with us and in no time we had a deal at a price we were happy with.We got a 2017 Altima 3.5 SL with only about 35k miles for a very fair price. My wife LOVES the car and we couldn't be happier. Fast forward to the next day - she noticed some damage on the front bumper that wasn't disclosed. Perhaps no one noticed, but we took it back and without a thought, they agreed to fix it for free. Now I was so impressed with Tim that I told him (jokingly) I have about a year on my Mazda 6 and I'd love to get a new Altima. He asked me to come in the next day and he'd find a way to get me what I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. So i showed up early in the morning and Tim introduced me to Dave. A very experienced and excellent sales person - one of the best I've met in the industry. He was honest and patient and we went over everything I wanted. He showed me a few models and I fell in love with the 2019 Altima SL in Storm Blue (really nice color - looks almost black). We went back over to Tim and before I knew it, we had a deal. The only negative thing is I was there for six hours before I left with the car. They were very busy and I believe a bit understaffed. I have to say though, I LOVE this car and could not be happier with how I felt taken care of. This dealership treated me like I was their top priority (except when I had to wait for a while) and the overall experience was fantastic. 2 days - 2 Altimas. I'll be going back there for sure. Koeppel Mazda is the best. Stein Celestin was our salesman and made sure we got the best price Koeppel could offer. He also ensured we had everything ready to go so that when we arrived, we just had to sign the papers and go. Before we drove off, he made sure we knew all the new features in our car (we were returning a 2017 car of the same model). Great customer service. Sherette Corsey was also great and very patient when we made a last minute change in our deal. I can't say enough good things about Stein, Sherette and the team at Koeppel.

Thoroughly impressed! I had the pleasure of working with Kenny Blair. I've been shopping for a car for a couple of months now and he gave me the best service out of all the dealers that I went to. He was honest with me and I felt very secure and trusted him the entire time. He was very patient and let me look at multiple cars. After eight weeks looking for a certified Mazda CX-30 Turbo Premium in my home state of NJ, I was ready to give up. Totally disgusted with the hidden fees & lying sales associates/managers from many dealerships. I then found Koeppel Mazda. I found a vehicle on line with 2,500 miles that had everything my wife & I were looking for. I called & spoke to Kamal Pokhrel, a pre-owned specialist. When he gave me the price I asked him what about the thousands of dollars of hidden fees. He replied "sir, that is the price". After falling off my chair, Kamal said to hold the car, he would need a $500 deposit through a credit card. I asked upon inspection of the vehicle, if I didn't like it, would I get a refund? He said "absolutely" UNLIKE A NJ DEALERSHIP! The next day I met Kamal & the pre-owned sales manager, Sherette Corsey. I inspected the vehicle & found a small issue. Sherette told me no worries & she would take care of it. So she did! I found Sherette to be a delightful surprise to what I was used to. We talked at length about many things. I found her to be warm & honest as the day is long! I purchased the vehicle & drove 60 miles to my home. What a machine!!! When my wife saw it she had tears of joy. The car is mainly for her. A couple of days later, I saw a tiny gouge or tear on the sidewall of the left rear tire that I didn't see upon inspection. I sent a picture to Kamal & he said he would run it by Sherette & didn't think it was a problem. Today they gave me a brand new tire. The service department was terrific as well & answered many questions I had about the CX-30! I realize car dealers are in the business to make money. Nothing wrong with that. However, with Sherette & Kamal I felt like part of the deal for them was making me happy as well. And in turn, I felt that made them happy. In other words, it wasn't just about the money. Anyone who may be having a problem finding their dream Mazda, give Koeppel Mazda in Jackson Heights Queens a shot. Give Kamal Pokhrel a call. I cannot say this strongly enough.
