I won't go into details but we had a serious engine problem and we were worried the warranty wouldn't cover it and we would be out a vehicle. Jay was so curteous and his coworkers were fantastic! They promised they would follow up with us and not to worry and sure enough all my anxieties were relieved when they called me this morning Andy let me know that they fixed the issue and I have to say they have gained a customer for life. I can't express the gratitude I have for this business and how thoughtful and wonderful they are to work with.

Sometime you actually find the best place to do business that's what happen during my visit to Spring Automotive Grp. I was greeted by a sales person named Adam. I ask Adam if Eve was having a good day? He chuckle! Then he start to show and tell me about many really good car I was seeing in the lot. I could tell Adam knew his way around cars and the Spring's Grp. He explained the purchase process, financing and services offer to buyer. Amazing courtesy and respect from a used car dealer. They honored a price I saw on the internet the day before, even thought the sticker was higher when I came in. Professional, polite, knowledgeable and a very efficient buying process. The used warranty they sell is outstanding and their no-document financing is second to none. I purchased a vehicle here and within a week discovered the tires were already worn (around 3/32?4/32). We had mentioned the bald tires to our sales rep before we purchased and he said they couldn?t change them out. I was initially told by staff that the tires would be replaced, but later the dealership declined, stating they measured 5/32 instead. This was disappointing because the expectation had already been set that the tires would be changed. The sales manager originally seemed willing to help, but the final decision left me feeling misled. I hope the dealership improves communication and stands by what is promised to customers. Overall experience was great despite the tires not being replaced. Finance was amazing and the dealership is nice. We love the mazda. Shoutout to Donavan the sales Manager he was really communicative and tried his best to replace the tires but it didn?t happen.
