Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. I appreciate the lane indicator features. Great small SUV

A joy to drive. The turbo gives a smooth punch of pickup. Don’t feel the speed! Interior is compact and efficient and steering wheel and seats warm up fast at the push of a button. An absolute pleasure to drive.

We purchased a Mazda CX5 in June at Balise Mazda. We worked with Ashley Pingree and she was extremely helpful and generous with her time. I never felt rushed and she responded to any inquiries I had regarding the purchases quickly and accurately. I would recommend buying a car at Blaise and if you work with Ashley it will be a pleasant experience.

I was looking for a 2nd vehicle and was doing quite a bit of shopping around. I stopped by the dealership in early Nov and looked at a vehicle on the used car lot, an '08 Jeep Wrangler.. While looking at the vehicle I was greeted by Jasmine Stippich who answered all of my questions, even some I didn't think to ask!. Ms Stippich was very easy to talk to and I never felt a pressured or hard sell tactic. Ms Stippich arranged for me to take the vehicle for a test drive and upon my return, I stated I had to think about it. Again, no pressure. I received a follow up email after my visit, thanking me for stopping in and the e-mail included all pertinent information about the particular model I had looked at. I continued to look at different vehicles at different dealerships over the next couple weeks but never felt the relaxed atmosphere that I felt at O'Daniel Automart/Mazda I went back to O'Daniel Automart/Mazda a 2nd time for another test drive (never tried the cruise control on the first test drive). Again, I told Ms Stippich I was going to have to think about it. and a few days later I went back and purchased the Jeep. The entire purchase process was quick, efficient and friendly. This experience even carried over to my visit to the BMV when I went to get registration and plates. The visit to BMV was quick and easy and it went so fast I asked the clerk, "is that it already" to which she replied, "yes, they had everything taken care of which makes this a whole lot easier", she then went on to say that it was her experience that the paperwork from the dealership was always done (not verbatim) completely and correctly. I would recommend this dealership (and Ms Stippich and staff) to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

It was amazing, leaving the car out for service and not having to get it there and wait was magic. Easily 4 hours found! The convenience was truly unbelievable.

If you want to have a great car buying experience, ask for Carl Carter. I can't say enough good about this guy. He did not pressure me, was professional, prompt and found me the car I really wanted. I'll be back to Northtowne VW for sure!

We have had a wonderful buying experience with Sam W. He was truly helpful. We live 220 miles away and bought our car basically over the phone. Sam offered us a hotel discount per his GF. Thoughtful! He was great during the whole process.

Ben was awesome. Didn't oversell the car, just answered my questions, described the car, and help me make my decision. Once I'd made my decision he was upfront and honest about pricing. No surprises, great experience.

Best Service Have Ever Had... the Banana Bread is Amazing

SO this is follow up of my previous not good review, Junior called me and apologized for my concerns and told me to come in, he ended up trading my ford to a 2018 Mazda CX5..I was impressed, who would take the car back and give you a better one. I even got a better interest rate. Jay was our salesman and he was very thorough and knowledgeable about the car and explained everything. I was highly satisfied, great service. Even though I loved my red ford escape but it was not meant to be. Thank you guys..
