My wife and I have purchased three vehicles from Stevenson Hendrick Mazda, and each experience has been excellent. Our first purchase involved working with Bryce, Logan, Jared, and Paul, and for our second and third purchases we worked with Tracy, Paul, and Lauren. In 2023, we purchased my wife a 2017 Subaru Forester. A few months later, after my truck was totaled, we purchased a 2016 Silverado 2500HD. I had an excellent buying experience with Michael Flaifel at Morrie's Mazda in Minnetonka. I bought a 2017 Certified Pre-Owned CX-5 through Michael who goes by Mikey. He made the experience easy. I had researched the vehicle I wanted and Mikey who is a former mechanic, gave me confidence that he had the knowledge to answer my questions. I had a terrific experience buying a new/used car from Mohamad Rahal recently at Jeff Haas Mazda, 16711 Katy Freeway, Houston TX 77094. I had just been burned by two other dealerships that did not hold the car for me until I got to their dealerships to negotiate a purchase of the car I wanted to buy - the 1st dealership I called I said I would be there in +/- 3 hours and the 2nd dealership I called I said I will be there in +/- 20 minutes. When I arrived at both dealerships they both told me they have "bad news and good news". The bad news is they just sold the car I asked them to hold me and the good news is they can sell me another car - at both of these dealerships they were young inexperienced salesman. Mohomad is an experienced professional and has been in the car industry for decades and does business "the old fashioned way". Mohamed held the car for me I wanted to buy until I got all my financing in order to pay cash for the car. Mohamed clearly explained each line item on the "Vehicle Buyer's Order" and also the additional lifetime engine warranty I purchased. Some things like back seat stock up right can't put it down, no floor mats, gas little door loose. Things that were not fix before I got it.

The car was taken in right away, and the service time was as explained. All staff polite and friendly. Showroom is clean. Will definitely have the next service there.
