I purchased a Mazda CX-50 Premium Plus from Classic Mazda. The sales person, Tilden, handled the process very efficiently making this one of the easiest auto purchases ever. He was very though in explaining everything about the process and then explaining the various operations on the car. I would recommend Classic Mazda to others. I thank Evan McGovern, my grandson for getting me thinking about making this change. It was his experience with these cars that caused him to recommend it.

I decided to trade my car and took the drive to Heritage Mazda in Bel Air. From the moment I got out of the car, I was greeted by Chaudhry Shahjhan. He took such good care of me. I had an issue with an exhaust leak. I called set up an appointment and arrived my car was taken almost immediately and Nick was very courteous and told me he would have the car done around noon. At about 11:15 he called and let me know my car was ready and they found and fixed the leak. The Crippen shuttle picked me up within a half hour and was was out of the dealership by noon. I have been a customer of Crippen for more 20 years and have always been satisfied with the service.

If you want to have a great car buying experience, ask for Carl Carter. I can't say enough good about this guy. He did not pressure me, was professional, prompt and found me the car I really wanted. I'll be back to Northtowne VW for sure!

I’ve been to a dozen different dealerships over the past couple of weeks. Mike was by far the nicest, most knowledgeable sales consultant I’ve dealt with. He took the time to show me different trim lines of the model I was interested in and had me test drive several of them to ensure I was buying the right one for me. Based on my buying experience, I would definitely recommend Mike and Hamden Mazda to friends and family.

After a lot of research I decided to stop into Mazda of Palm Beach to look at a CX-5 for my parents. I was quickly greeted by Richie Delorantis (Richard Delorantis), who was phenomenal. Even though it required getting drenched in the rain, he worked to find what I was looking within budget. I was able to get a great deal and pickup the car the same day. The dealership itself is very clean, has refreshments for customers and everyone was very polite. Overall a very pleasant, relaxed experience. Mazda of Palm Beach's approach to sales is one I'm definitely in favor of, and I'm looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.
