I purchased a Mazda CX-50 Premium Plus from Classic Mazda. The sales person, Tilden, handled the process very efficiently making this one of the easiest auto purchases ever. He was very though in explaining everything about the process and then explaining the various operations on the car. I would recommend Classic Mazda to others. We just purchased a 2023 Honda Odyssey Sport with around 9700 miles from Honda Certified of Clark Knapp Honda. Salesman John Garcia and his manager Bennie were very friendly and cooperative to anything I asked about. Originally the sales offer had a few extras added on, and I just said I wasn't interested. They said no problem and removed them, and gave me a better deal on my trade in than what was offered on the online searches. I also dealt with Christian Tostado in their finance department. Christian offered their extended warranty and in house financing, but I let him know that I already had financing through my credit union at a very good rate and the credit union also had really good price on warranties. The sale went very smoothly. My experience John, Bennie, and Christian was excellent and I recommend them and Clark Knapp Honda if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle

After a few weeks of “window” shopping for a potential new vehicle I stopped by and finally had a hands on look at the car that caught my eye. I inquired about a used car, no pictures had been uploaded at the time. Eric Eickelmann Was the sales consultant I chose from their online list. He responded quickly, located the vehicle, provided some pictures and answered my questions. They gave me an appraisal on my vehicle sight unseen, which was fair. We negotiated price and got financing approved before I even went to the dealer. I live on the East coast of Florida. On the selected day, I drove over to Naples (154 miles). The vehicle had been serviced and detailed. Looked like a new vehicle (2016 Mazda CX-5 Sport manual 6 speed). It was certified by the dealer. Eric was thorough and kept me informed every step of the process. A true professional. I have no complaints and know he would assist again if the need arises.

I had an issue with an exhaust leak. I called set up an appointment and arrived my car was taken almost immediately and Nick was very courteous and told me he would have the car done around noon. At about 11:15 he called and let me know my car was ready and they found and fixed the leak. The Crippen shuttle picked me up within a half hour and was was out of the dealership by noon. I have been a customer of Crippen for more 20 years and have always been satisfied with the service.

If you want to have a great car buying experience, ask for Carl Carter. I can't say enough good about this guy. He did not pressure me, was professional, prompt and found me the car I really wanted. I'll be back to Northtowne VW for sure!
