Car is perfect for my needs. It is spacious and well designed. 9nly problem is the passenger airbag light activated when passenger seat is empty. Very annoying. You see it every time you look in your rear view mirror. Easy fix a piece of matte black masking tape.

Bought a brand new 2023 Mazda CX 30 and really like the safety features that are standard features in this car. As an empty nester and retiree, the lane keep assist and lane warning are a welcome feature in this car. The lane warning and assist has an pleasant chime warning sound and the steering wheel vibrate warning the driver that he/she is deviating from the lane. With a little nudge of the steering wheel by the system get you back in your lane. Blind spot monitoring is also a great safety feature to let the driver know that a nearby car is on the nest lane, caution is suggested when changing lane. Cross traffic alert is also great, and it can even detect a person approaching the back side of your car when on reverse, of course it also detects a car approaching when reversing. The interior fit and finish is excellent, it makes the car feel and look like a luxury car without the price of a luxury car. This car is brand new, so I am still in the process of learning about the car. IMO, if you want to experience how the Mazda CX 30 is, get a test drive. You may like it or love it like I do. The battery finally crapped out and turned out the alternator was the cause. Despite them having a full schedule, they managed to work me in without notice. The part had to be ordered and my car will not be ready until tomorrow. They were unable to provide me with a loaner car or rental as they had none left. But that did not stop them from making sure me and my family were taken care of. I had to pick my bonus daughter up from daycare in Sugar Hill and I live here in Flowery Branch. They had their shuttle service take me all the way to the daycare-scoop up my little one and then drive us both all the way home in FB. Because of their above and beyond customer service I never felt stranded-even though I could have very much been totally SOL. They could have left my travel arrangements up to me and picking up a child from daycare in another area could have been a “me” problem that they could have left me to deal with myself. But no, they made sure me and my family was taken care of. I know dealerships charge more and maybe get some extra profit in comparison. But without a doubt, I have experienced ‘out of this world’ customer service with that particular dealership If you have a Honda, I would absolutely recommend them. All that said… I have also been to the Milton Martin Honda in Gainesville and had a polar opposite experience. Not gonna trash talk them. But just WOW and kudos to Mall of Ga Honda!! 💜 — at Honda Mall of Georgia. Jim Clizbe has been so helpful! Providing patience and exceptional customer service! Definitely a dealership I trust with my Honda Odyssey maintenance.

Great car. I have turbo version and it is very fun to drive. I do wish it had a larger gas tank. I get about 300 miles out of a tank of breast.

I got a great deal on the car. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly. Love the car. The cleaning crew could have done a better job detailing the car. The sales rep did help clean it up before I left.

This is my baby! I absolutely love this car! It handles beautifully and very comfortable to ride in. I got the select because we wanted the 18” wheels. It has better braking capability. It also has a 2.5 - 4 engine. Radio is the only con because there is no antenna. But none of the new cars have one. Overall, this is the very best car for us and highly recommend it to anyone who prefers a smaller SUV.

Damien Brown was super helpful on the phone and even more so in person. This dealership has a huge inventory and he was very knowledgeable about all of the different cars available. There were no pushy sales tactics, and I never felt pressured. I would absolutely seek him out again if I were in the market to buy another vehicle.

Purchased the base CX30 in June and just reached 2500 miles. I like the 16' standard rims as new tire purchases will be less costly. The car has plenty of room up front and in the hatch, however, rear leg room is minimal. The 2.5-4 is adequate, but definitely gets up in Sport mode merging on the highway. I like the stiffer ride from the torsion bar rear suspension, although that has been a complaint from some reviewers. The interior appointments are premium imo, and I prefer the infotainment system not having the touch screen. Great little car (GLC).

Soul red crystal paint best red ever. Turbo offers lots of power and good mileage. Interior is excellent. Quality thru out. Heads up display is cool. Adapative cruise is nice. Fit and finish is top notch. Has a shifter! No push buttons and no CVT!

I’m not a CUV guy ( This is my wife’s car ), but the ride and the handling are especially impressive for a “tall” vehicle. In a sea of clunky, uninspiring designs this vehicle is truly elegant. It's the first vehicle that I have ever owned that I take out driving just for sake of driving! No destination just driving... I get a big grin every time I press the accelerator on my CX-30 Turbo Premium Plus trim. I am very happy with it and very happy that Mazda holds the top spot at consumer reports for reliability. The funny thing is, Mazda was not even on my radar originally, but it happens that it was one of the few dealerships in my area that had any inventory. Once I test drove it....It was Game Over! Went home and did a bunch or research and found out all the good stuff...went back the next day and bought it.

I was in the marked for a used vehicle. We saw one that was available at EchoPark and it was marked as a good deal. The experience was straight-forward. The pricing expectations were clear at EchoPark, the sale associate explained everything. Pretty the same you would expect at a dealer, but I think a bit more simplified. If I hadn't had an issue with my credit check (not EchoPark's fault), I would have been our sooner, but generally the whole process from coming in, test drive, negotiation, to driving off should take about 2 to 3 hours.
