Car is perfect for my needs. It is spacious and well designed. 9nly problem is the passenger airbag light activated when passenger seat is empty. Very annoying. You see it every time you look in your rear view mirror. Easy fix a piece of matte black masking tape.

Probably one of the best car buying experiences ever. They showed me the car I was first looking at then 1-2 more options. I ended up going with one of the alt. options that actually had better equipment but at the same price.

Great car. I have turbo version and it is very fun to drive. I do wish it had a larger gas tank. I get about 300 miles out of a tank of breast.

Soul red crystal paint best red ever. Turbo offers lots of power and good mileage. Interior is excellent. Quality thru out. Heads up display is cool. Adapative cruise is nice. Fit and finish is top notch. Has a shifter! No push buttons and no CVT!

Let me start by saying this, there are some real GEMS in palisades Mazda. I purchased My vehicle back in November, I did Everything virtually and had the pleasure of working with Nick & JamieLee.. their customer service combined is enough to make you want to come here. I had An issue with my vehicles sensor and came in for service, just to find out JamieLee had transferred into service and I had The pleasure of being assisted by her again! Everyone in the service department is knowledgeable, patient, understanding and compassionate. The service was quick and I was Out in no time. I will 100% be recommending palisades Mazda to everyone! Bought a brand new 2023 Mazda CX 30 and really like the safety features that are standard features in this car. As an empty nester and retiree, the lane keep assist and lane warning are a welcome feature in this car. The lane warning and assist has an pleasant chime warning sound and the steering wheel vibrate warning the driver that he/she is deviating from the lane. With a little nudge of the steering wheel by the system get you back in your lane. Blind spot monitoring is also a great safety feature to let the driver know that a nearby car is on the nest lane, caution is suggested when changing lane. Cross traffic alert is also great, and it can even detect a person approaching the back side of your car when on reverse, of course it also detects a car approaching when reversing. The interior fit and finish is excellent, it makes the car feel and look like a luxury car without the price of a luxury car. This car is brand new, so I am still in the process of learning about the car. IMO, if you want to experience how the Mazda CX 30 is, get a test drive. You may like it or love it like I do. Was shopping for a truck and went to several larger dealerships who all were playing games. A friend recommended Novak. The showroom was super clean as so was the vehicle I was looking at. My salesman was upfront and not pushy at all. What you see is what you get . They gave a fair deal on my trade and I was in and out in a couple of hours. I will definitely be coming back when shopping for a car for my son.

It's the first vehicle that I have ever owned that I take out driving just for sake of driving! No destination just driving... I get a big grin every time I press the accelerator on my CX-30 Turbo Premium Plus trim. I am very happy with it and very happy that Mazda holds the top spot at consumer reports for reliability. The funny thing is, Mazda was not even on my radar originally, but it happens that it was one of the few dealerships in my area that had any inventory. Once I test drove it....It was Game Over! Went home and did a bunch or research and found out all the good stuff...went back the next day and bought it.

After eight weeks looking for a certified Mazda CX-30 Turbo Premium in my home state of NJ, I was ready to give up. Totally disgusted with the hidden fees & lying sales associates/managers from many dealerships. I then found Koeppel Mazda. I found a vehicle on line with 2,500 miles that had everything my wife & I were looking for. I called & spoke to Kamal Pokhrel, a pre-owned specialist. When he gave me the price I asked him what about the thousands of dollars of hidden fees. He replied "sir, that is the price". After falling off my chair, Kamal said to hold the car, he would need a $500 deposit through a credit card. I asked upon inspection of the vehicle, if I didn't like it, would I get a refund? He said "absolutely" UNLIKE A NJ DEALERSHIP! The next day I met Kamal & the pre-owned sales manager, Sherette Corsey. I inspected the vehicle & found a small issue. Sherette told me no worries & she would take care of it. So she did! I found Sherette to be a delightful surprise to what I was used to. We talked at length about many things. I found her to be warm & honest as the day is long! I purchased the vehicle & drove 60 miles to my home. What a machine!!! When my wife saw it she had tears of joy. The car is mainly for her. A couple of days later, I saw a tiny gouge or tear on the sidewall of the left rear tire that I didn't see upon inspection. I sent a picture to Kamal & he said he would run it by Sherette & didn't think it was a problem. Today they gave me a brand new tire. The service department was terrific as well & answered many questions I had about the CX-30! I realize car dealers are in the business to make money. Nothing wrong with that. However, with Sherette & Kamal I felt like part of the deal for them was making me happy as well. And in turn, I felt that made them happy. In other words, it wasn't just about the money. Anyone who may be having a problem finding their dream Mazda, give Koeppel Mazda in Jackson Heights Queens a shot. Give Kamal Pokhrel a call. I cannot say this strongly enough.

I had the greatest experience at the Audi Service Center in Fair Lawn , NJ . I have a 2008 Audi Q7 . I went to Audi for an oil change and there was a minor accident with my wipes. Sam was very professional and told me to leave the car for replacement. He said that it would be ready by Friday . On Friday he called me , the car was ready and perfect . I appreciate the high level of professionalism and excellent service . The staff are well educated and they have the best espresso coffee (:

Let me first start off by saying this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Ever. I called late on a Saturday right before they were closing. I spoke to Angel and Rob who were as professional as they come. We came to a deal within 30 mins. I texted all of my information and the deal was done. Since I live about 3 hours away I said I could come next weekend to pick it up. Throughout the week there was constant communication from Rob making sure everything was set for when I came in. Next Saturday rolled around and I was instantly greeted in the parking lot by Rob and Reese. They immediately looked over my trade in, took pictures and took me inside to see my new car. It was freshly detailed and ready for a test drive to make sure everything was in order. I took the car for a quick spin and came back to the dealership. Brian had all of my paper work ready for the finance portion. We went over the rate, the terms, my trade in value in full detail. Brian was very thorough and went over everything. I might add that there were no hidden fees, no additional charges, no surprises. The deal that was given over the phone was the deal that was promised. Even the value of my trade in was honored. When discussing add ons and warranties Brian wasn’t pushy or relentless like other experiences I’ve had buying previous vehicles elsewhere. I ultimately ended up sticking with the certified preowned program and signed the paperwork. That was it. I was the new owner of a 2022 Stelvio. Rob and Reese took hooked my phone up and went through all of the settings and modes the vehicle had to offer. I left the dealership within 2 hours. Anyone that has ever bought a car knows that’s insane. And before we left Rob mentioned that someone had called the next day that they were open and wanted to buy the car. They could have tried to sell it to someone for a few extra bucks but they kept their word. Which was really appreciated. My dad was so impressed with the professionalism and honesty from everyone involved that he’s now in the market for a Stelvio. And we will be back to Todd Alfa to make another purchase. The service department is always excellent. Even though I did not purchase my new vehicle at this location in 2022 (not by choice, but because inventory of new vehicles of my preferred model was very scarce at the time) they still offer all the benefits of the warranty and extended service plans I signed up for during my purchase elsewhere - making for great Toyota brand loyalty. I work closer to this dealership than the one I purchased from, so it was a pleasant surprise to enjoy working with this dealership right from my first visit. I especially appreciate the shuttle service they offer to take me home and back when there is going to be a long service procedure. Also, I have a choice to schedule online or by phone, and I like having both options. Finally, the explanatory videos taken by the technicians when they have finished the job are great to have both at the time, and later at home when I want to review and fully understand what they said once more.

Beautiful, finely crafted vehicle. Nothing else comes close to the quality and value for the money - or for even significantly more. Great fuel economy. I’m not a CUV guy ( This is my wife’s car ), but the ride and the handling are especially impressive for a “tall” vehicle. In a sea of clunky, uninspiring designs this vehicle is truly elegant. Very happy.
