Used 2016 Mazda CX-5 for sale near St. Ann Highlands, CO

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

Living in Orlando, you know it’s kinda hard not to have a car to get you from place to place, especially when you are trying to juggle work, school, and personal life. As a person who works in the medical field, and having to be around patients on a daily basis, be at church twice a week, and as a nursing student, be able to get to my classes, and Clinical’s in a timely manner, it’s kind of hard not having a car to be able to do the things that I need to do. So I went onto my company’s website and saw that we had an opportunity to purchase a car through offlease Orlando, and I have been praying since February 2024 to get a Mazda CX-5, and when I saw they had two available. I called and spoke with Briana the BDC Rep who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and showed her eagerness to assist me, she made sure that I received a text and email to remind me of my appt and my sales rep. When I got to the dealership, I met with Orlando who was one of my sales reps, and he was partnered with Jarid who into the office showed, showed me around, explain to me how the process was going to go since this was my first vehicle purchase, and they really made me feel welcomed. As one of the cars was already sold, the one that I really wanted it was actually here still and just waiting for me to call it mine and take it home. I test drove the car and the car ran perfect no issues, I had a Carfax and it really was just perfect for me. The process of purchasing the car was smooth, easy, and didn’t take no time at all. I was able to purchase my dream car, the Mazda CX-5, and be able to drive home with a beautiful car. With graduation being December 2025, this is my first big purchase, and this is going to help me be able to finish my classes before graduation, be able to help me and get to and from work, be able to help patient with my own personal company called “iFirst Care”, be able to drive myself to church, and be able to have fun with my friends and family. Sydney who is one of the Sales Reps and also the “Repo Lady” made sure she checked on me to make sure that I was doing OK as I was waiting in the waiting room for my paperwork to be finished and finalized. Albert who is the Finance Rep make sure that I had all my documents ready and prepared and made the signing process so easy and smooth to the point that I did not break a sweat when I signed my life away Lol! We began looking for an F350 Super Duty with very specific requirements. When we contacted Larry H. Miller, the GM Tim was very helpful. He connected us with Tori Carrol the Sales Manager, who connected us with Oscar Negrete, the Sales Representative. This team was flat out AWESOME, no high pressure sales pitch at all. They did not have what we were looking for, so they asked when we wanted it. We had some time, so we told them that. Their response was, "Let us find it." Oscar and Lori spent a bunch of time finding the right truck with EXACTLY what we wanted. We were picky, we wanted a 2024, Lariat, with the Ultimate package, the High Output engine, and the black appearance package. It took a little while, but they found it in another state. They coordinated the transfer to Lakewood, let us know that it had arrived, and ASKED US when we had time to come by. Our drive was close to an hour. When we arrive, Oscar met us as we walked in, let us drive the truck to confirm that it was what we wanted and then let us sign the paperwork. Best part is that we had discussed price, trade in and incentives before hand with non of that crazy painful haggling. When working with Marcus the finance guy, he was pleasant, actually fun and made the process go quickly. I forgot the title to our trade in, they gave me a FEDEX envelope to sent it back to them. I happened to be in the area a week later and was able to hand deliver it. When I walked in, both Tori and Oscar came up to me and asked me how I liked the truck, is there anything I needed and walked me through the questions I had. I would definitely work with this team again. HANDS DOWN, a great experience!

We bought our Mazda new after getting lemon law money back from a Ford Fiesta Fiasco. We love our Mazda and have had zero issues with it. At 107K miles now and runs great. We've only ever had to do normal maintenance on it and she still runs and looks great.

I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

I've driving sports cars muscles cars and high end luxury cars. Mazda wins for the cost in reliability, features for cost, drivability, and design. It's drives nicer than it's competitors Honda, and toyota. BTW those are its competitors your buying a reliable car when you choose a mazda it's no Chevy Ford nissan or Hyundai garbage. Safety rating good. No cat transmission which some are okay but maintenance cost is less with mazda and they make their transmission in house and their solid reliable. Engine gets good gas mileage it's a big suv smaller motor but still plenty of get up and go for being a 4 cylinder if you consider it slow remember it's non turbo so less maintenance cost things to worry about plus still get great gas mileage.

This is a Very Pleasant and Trusting Family owned Dealership. They try hard to satisfy the customer's needs with the right vehicle. They have ALL the vehicles inspected and they are available with a Warranty included in the monthly payment. I have known this Family since the mid-nineties and done business with them all these years making the car buying experience FUN !

I see a lot of complaints on this car. Maybe from a different class. I grew up lower middle class so the fact that I've had this car for 5 years and the only issue I've had is the compressor...im happy.
