Used 2019 Mazda CX-5 for sale near Newark, CA

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

Purchased new in 2019 touring model- have 76K on it - no issues so far. Changed brakes all around - plugs - one drain and fill on the tranny and changed the fluid in the transfer cases. Changed the oil every 6k. Info screen is dated but once you get used to it - its fine. Touring has the 17 inch wheels which gives it a good ride quality. Good buy!

Fuel injector service made the car accelerate/ respond way better. 35,000 miles onward definitely felt a difference after the service. Feels like a brand new car again. Brakes could be better but overall great timeless vehicle.

Just bought a 2020 kia soul GT very nice car and I was so lucky to have such a wonderful sales man he is very kind person and he is one of the few people who will do everything to make you happy very honest person who consistently tells the truth and acts with integrity HIS NAME IS ASH I would highly recommend him for my family and friends not because the great deal for my new car also he spent a good time with my family from the first 5 minutes I felt very comfortable with him Ash is one of the few people you will be very happy to work with him Thank you so much ASH. Such a smooth driving SUV. But the transmission/engine cannot find the proper ratios to respond quickly from 15-35 mph. Very frustrating in busy traffic. Otherwise, beautiful interior and very reliable. The entertainment system takes forever to start on initial start up. GPS looks like it from 2002.

After looking at Honda, Toyota, and Nissan smaller SUVs, I accidentally came across the Mazda CX-5 and decide to take it for a test drive. It is now sitting in my driveway and there's nothing I don't like about it. As far as handling, power, styling, technology package there was just no comparison. I am super tall and while the back seat legroom is a little bit restrictive, I don't usually drive from the back seat so all is good. Since there is no Mazda dealership in my community I was not very familiar with the brand other than the name and logo. I am so glad I had an opportunity to check out this car. If you are in the market for a family-sized SUV you absolutely have to take the Mazda CX-5 for a test drive. I love this car.

The salesperson really took their time with me and went above and beyond to secure the best price, which turned out to be the most competitive I found. I am a new customer to Steven's Creek Toyota and I am here to give great kudos to Josh Pourkhorsand and Lance Nguyen for their patience and diligence to their jobs. Even though I had never personally met Josh, I texted with him about my interest in buying a new Toyota Prius and he was ON TOP of it, to say the least. As soon as there was a matching car being delivered, Josh texted me, held it for me, negotiated with me and made the whole experience EASY. His manner is easy going and not 'high-pressure-sale-vulture.' I liked him immediately. Patient and great sense of humor put me at ease. Josh explained all the ins and outs of the car. Got it washed and detailed before I bought it. If I need anything, Josh made me feel that I could call him at anytime. Lance gave me the same feeling! He works in the Finance department and he was patient and had a great sense of humor also. He carefully explained all the pre-payment of service work and, even though I was initially resistant to the up-sell, it was obvious me that the pre-paid maintenance package just made good common sense. Great team. Also the guys behind the big counter, Jack Joseph, Mark, "The Bus Driver" (I can't remember his name), all of them had a great sense of humor and contributed to the easy going feeling of this dealership. They all seemed to love their jobs and were HAPPY to be there. And... of course, the Prius I bought from SCT is just what I wanted. I will be returning to SCT for the next 6 years for maintenance so this good-natured, positive atmosphere was so refreshing. I had been to a dealership prior to this (nearest to me - I'll leave it to you to map it) and my treatment was FAR less helpful. I was not made to feel important. Even though I had regularly communicated my desires to a sales agent there, I was always put in the position of having to initiate the inquiries regarding their deliveries. My desires were not kept track of and I was not treated specially. I did not get the 'treated-as-family' feeling that I got from Steven's Creek Toyota. I made the right choice the SCT team. I want to commend Saeed and the other staff who helped me purchase and stand behind the 2015 JEEP Wrangler I bought in September. They were accessible when I needed their help and on my side when I had a problem with getting repairs covered by a 3rd Party repairs warranty I purchased.

Love how easy the process was and even more so that it wasn’t high pressure.
