Used 2023 Mazda CX-5 for sale near Fox Crossing, WI

We found all departments to be very knowledgeable and professional. Communication is fantastic and absolutely no pressure whether we were purchasing a car or having service performed. We drive a little over an hour each way when visiting Holiday and it's definitely worth it.

I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

Everything was great! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle. Alex was a great salesman and was very approachable. He walked me through everything perfectly well and went through everything with ease. The dealership also has a nice environment where everyone feels welcome! Definitely recommend Holiday Mazda.

Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.

Jake was a great salesman for my Palisade. Took his time and walked me through everything. Would recommend Van Horn Hyundai to anyone looking for a vehicle and especially Jake!

The CX5 is a great vehicle for a great price!! I find this SUV to be very comfortable to drive and it handles great on the highway as well as the back roads! The simplicity of the interior design is a welcome change for me. I found all the touch screen technology of my other vehicle was very distracting while driving and it was just more to go wrong!

Just a note to highly recommend the Bergstrom service specifically Nissan Dealership and the beautiful work the body shop does. My last two SUV’s are the Nissan Rogue. All the service visits have been great. Also we had an accident and brought our 2020 Rogue for repair and Jake and Jay Lee were awesome. I highly recommend Bergstrom on Victory Lane. Gary Soffa

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

I have been going to Bergstrom Subaru for the last 4 years. They have always given me exceptional service. But recently I want to call out for my Service Advisor Shane Nelson for exceptional service. I had a problem with my steering column controls and he worked with the mechanic to provide a solution. This was an example of going above and beyond to help a customer. Great job Shane and crew! Salesman was knowledgeable...Price was ok. Warranty was not affordable or comprehensive. Everything was alright.

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

A huge shout out to Chris Banovich at Bergstrom automotive “Hyundai” - he was absolutely amazing, professional and kind. He was never pushy, he listened to what we needed/wanted and answered all of our questions. (He was also funny) 😄 Chris followed up this morning with us as he said he would. He was very efficient with the sale of our daughter’s first car. We could not be happier. Great job, Chris and Bergstrom. We will be back when we need another vehicle. Excellent customer service!

Alex was incredible from start to finish and was so thoughtful in dealing with a disabled person. He was kind, knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us. Instead he let the car “speak” for itself. In addition, they detailed the vehicle immediately and we drove it home. Then to my surprise, I received a call this week stating that they were going to install a previously ordered windshield since it had a very small chip. I was flabbergasted but so appreciative of their attention to detail. Their collision and glass center personnel were equally as professional and supplied a vehicle to use while it was being installed. I think they set the bar very very high and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them or refer anyone to them. Such a tremendous group! Oh and I want to acknowledge how warmly my little dog was greeted and treated. It meant the world to me 🌹

We unexpectedly were in the market for a new vehicle. We did our “research” (ie. talked to our friends) who had both purchased Mazdas from Holiday within the past year. We made an appointment and scheduled a Saturday visit with Hannah. She was so patient with us and our endless questions and desire to test drive three different cars. We chose a CX-50, and we are extremely pleased.
