Used 2023 Mazda CX-5 for sale near Gaithersburg, MD

I was looking for a used car that could tow my teardrop, but I couldn't find one that met all my specifications in Arizona. I decided to search on cars.com and found one at Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Virginia. I contacted them and received a message right away from Ali AJ Elhage. I was willing to purchase the car, and have it shipped without seeing it in person, which was a first for me. We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

My car was stolen and destroyed, and I was left without transportation. This was devastating to me, but I had to keep it moving as life does not wait so, I had to look for new transportation. I ended up at Alexandria Toyota. Never in my life have I met so many nice and wonderful people in one place and never has such a huge process been so easy! The manager, the finance team and all the salespeople were all just top notch, and I am so glad I chose them to help me start a new chapter in my life! I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

I waited a few months before writing a review. Bought a truck back in May/June. Charles Harris helped me out when I came in to look at the truck the first time, he ran some numbers for me and I left. Didn’t feel any pressure at all into buying the vehicle, I left because I had a few others ones I was looking at as well. I came back about a week later, truck was still there and I had came back on time, there was someone else interested in as well. I had gave Charles a call ahead of time and let him know I was stopping but to make the purchase. The manager was also super helpful during the process. I believe his name was Phillip. After buying the truck, the check engine light came on while driving it home. I ran my scanner and found the issue, contacted Charles about it and he spoke with his manager, they had me bring it in the next day and took care of it at no cost. I was afraid they would pull something on me but no issues no back and forth, they took care of me. It’s been a couple of months with having the truck now, no issues with the truck and no complaints.

Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.

Yesterday we we puchased a car from Gaithersburg mazda. It was a stress free, rewarding experience. The sales consultant Sri was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We will be returning to Gaithersburg mazda for future car purchases.

The CX5 is a great vehicle for a great price!! I find this SUV to be very comfortable to drive and it handles great on the highway as well as the back roads! The simplicity of the interior design is a welcome change for me. I found all the touch screen technology of my other vehicle was very distracting while driving and it was just more to go wrong!

micheal is mad cool. made my entire shopping experience easy, answered all the questions i had and even some after. he was really knowledgeable on every car i asked about and explained the pros and cons of both. he’s a funny, cool, and super sweet guy! 10/10 recommend!

I wanted to purchase a new vehicle. The vehicle I seen online I thought was a great car, Mr. Joel Lisman found me a even better car with less miles and cheaper then the car I was looking at. Once I came to pick up the vehicle I was at Carmax for less than an hour, then I was driving away in my new car. 😁

I had the pleasure of working with salesman Kamau Dawson. He was very easy to work with and got me through the process easily and quickly. I almost gave up looking for a car. I also appreciate the length Carmax agreed to go to to ensure I was satisfied with the Vehicle to fix needed repairs. I give them 3.5-4 stars for that. I did not like the loaner car that Service put me... it was not good to borer line okay.

My goodness, this was the quickest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I was in and out of the dealer in about two hours including test drive. I worked with Todd in Sales and Amin the Sales Manager. Todd was super professional and never pressured me. When I arrived, the car was out front and I was test driving it within minutes. Todd was extremely friendly and low key and went through the features of the Mazda 6 while patiently answering all of my questions. The experience felt more like I was chatting about a car with a fellow enthusiast, rather than a sales person. Of course, I decided to buy the car and that's when Amin worked quickly and professionally to establish all of the paper work. He is also an extremely kind person and I enjoyed interacting with him greatly. I just could not believe I had found the exact car I was looking for, and was able to complete the purchase with zero hassles. Granted, I came in prepared, which I recommend to anyone ready to purchase. Here's the best part, this particular dealer has an agreement with the MVA and can produce a registration and permanent plates on the spot! That's right, I already have my registration and it means I do not have to drive around with temporary tags. I have never seen this before and it was just the icing on the cake. So thanks Todd and Amin for going above and beyond. One week in, and I am loving the car like crazy
