Used 2023 Mazda CX-5 for sale near La Mirada, CA

They take of me and my car, always, gee, they even treated me to lunch while I waited the 2 hours to do my car.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

I normally do not bring my vehicle to the dealership for repairs but Toyota Buena Park has been great as far as honest competitive pricing, nice friendly staff, beautiful facility and convenience. I have never had a problem servicing my vehicles here and will continue to do so.

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

Bruce was absolutely wonderful. From the discussion on the phone all the way to the finance office was great!! We bought used and certified. I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

I worked with Brandon Baucom in their service department as my 2018 Subaru Forester’s Eyesight system went out. He was very helpful and made sure that I got as much assistance as possible to not only get the parts ordered but he also had timely follow up. After I had been in contact with Corporate, he took over coordinating my unique situation. Great customer service and friendly attitude. Brandon has made me a lifelong customer of Ocean Subaru and just confirmed my love for the Subaru brand

Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.

I came in for service and was greeted amazingly. Looks like they have a new team now but they?re all still so kind and honest. I came in for a major service and it was going to take about 2 hours, thankfully my advisor offered me an uber ride home. That was super kind him! The CX5 is a great vehicle for a great price!! I find this SUV to be very comfortable to drive and it handles great on the highway as well as the back roads! The simplicity of the interior design is a welcome change for me. I found all the touch screen technology of my other vehicle was very distracting while driving and it was just more to go wrong!

I just recently purchased a Mercedes M-Class from CarMax at Costa Mesa. So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

Never was I pressured, made appointment, went in and once again, I never felt pressured, Juan was informative, professional, friendly, best service I have ever received buying a new car. I left In my new car feeling like I was part of a new family. Aladin in finance was real and friendly. And the wonderful man who got us approved was also incredible. I feel horrible that his name is escaping me right now. I see the past reviews are not that high but ownership has changed and the service is now incredible. Once again ask for Juan Z. He is amazing. I had an easy transaction and smooth closing with Ameer, They were very professional and made the process of getting approved and thru the finance process as quick as possible, never once did i feel pressure to buy the extra warranty or any other items they wanted to sell me. I did have to question Nirto, Apparently, they charge for nitro in the tires!! Now that's a new one for me!! I had a terrible experience with this dealership 2 years ago, they sold me a truck over the phone and took 5k from a CC and then sold the truck out from under me. Good thing they are now under new management! Made it way better this time, they even picked me up from the Train station and had the truck all detailed while we did the paperwork. All in all good experience.
