Used 2025 Mazda CX-5 2.5 S Preferred Package for sale near Tower Lakes, IL

We had an appointment for an oil change in mid-afternoon, and that happened to be a day when the service department was really busy. But, Nina did her best to keep things moving and keep us informed, and we were out in time to avoid rush hour on the way home.

Well I am really not sure this is legal but Mazda and many other manufacturers charge you monthly for an app that controls the vehicle. Remote start etc. I purchased this vehicle and I'm sure they already charged me in the purchase price for all the options it has. How can they charge me $10 a month for the rest of the years I own this vehicle just so I can remote start and see other information about the vehicle? It is like I sell you a kitchen and after a year if you want to open the doors you have to pay monthly for an app to do it. This is totally ridiculous and a scam. Say Mazda or any other car manufacturers sell 20,000,00 cars and all the people that bought them pay $10 a month to use the app they make an additional $200,000,000 for just use of the app. Well this is in my mind an absolute tragedy and should be illegal. Shame on them and all car manufacturers. I found an option to fix this. It still should not be this bad but anything to not pay these corrupt people any money. I found an aftermarket kit to fix this permanently for just over two years of monthly payments. It is called Startz, you can purchase on Amazon and install yourself. Good Luck

All work required to make my vehicle repairs and checks complete and correct we’re performed to my total satisfaction while I waited in the comfortable customer waiting area as work was supervised under the outstanding guidance of Service Advisor Oscar Galatia. As a regular customer at the service department I always ask for the consistently courteous and flawless management of my vehicle requests by Oscar Galatia. Under Oscar’s guidance from his earliest work with Autobarn Mazda of Evanston to date, I never have had to return to him with a complaint that the work had been done poorly, with mistakes made, or required work not having been done at all. Yes, good work by mechanics have made that possible, but only under the tight, intelligent, direction and inspection of Galatia. He also has a pleasing and satisfying way of dealing with all of his customers whom I have observed close up when I have regularly waited with other customers to have their vehicles worked on and returned. Because of Oscar and the work results he has managed and produced, I have frequently recommended Autobarn and it’s excellent service work and Service Advisor management to others who need a place recommended for consistently good prices, management, and charges. I suggest that management do whatever it can to retain the services of its multi-talented and perceptive Service Advisor Oscar Galatia. He is well trained, experienced, intelligent, and dedicated as I have seen first hand when he has worked with me. Perfect car! Traded in my CX-30, which was a wonderful car, but I wanted better visibility and more backseat space. The CX-5 ticks all the boxes: reasonable price, driving comfort, beautiful interior, smart dial system to use with the screen (which makes driving much safer than a touchscreen), plenty of cargo space without feeling too large, All Wheel Drive, and fun to drive. And some luxury options even on the lower trims.

Great car. Radar guide cruise control is extremely annoying, so is the beeping for everything that you cant shut off. Its slow as xxxx, but it is a soccer mom car. Super fuel efficient and reliable... except for the water pump that seems to go out every 20k miles but its covered to 200k. Other than that, haven't had a single issue with it. Great commuter car. Good for road trips but back seat was mad for small children. Im 6,0 and cannot fit unless the person in the front has their knees in the dashboard

I would highly recommend Carmax Kenosha. We setup an appt and test drive on their website, and Sergio reached out right away and put the vehicle on hold for us. When we arrived the car was ready for us to test drive, and while we were test driving they looked over our current trade in. I shopped here for a used Mazda3. The person I scheduled the appointment with was not available when I arrived. I was given a new sales associate. We test drove the car together. We discussed pricing. I was fully expecting them to tack on a bunch of useless add-ons that were non-negotiable. Instead, he added a few optional add-ons and a small fee for reconditioning the car. I thought the fee was reasonable. It was simple to remove the optional add-ons. I was shocked by the experience. It went really well. The manager was really nice. Unfortunately we were still a bit apart on the price so I left to sleep on it. I was pleasantly surprised by their behavior. Maybe there is hope that dealerships can be straightforward and professional. I recommend these guys even though I didn't buy from them in the end.

9/27/2022 - Rick P. at Kenosha Toyota is a great person. He is an honest and straight forward specialist, providing me with all the information available. There is no pressure in buying anything there. They are always very social able and you always feel good leaving the dealership whether you buy a car there or not. Their customer service is great and it is what all car dealerships should be like. My old Rav4 just had a blow head gasket. I urgently needed a new car. I went to multiple dealership nearby and was expected to pay over $10,000 in fees that was not unnecessary. Mark up fees of $4,500, ceramic coating (that it is already applied at the manufacturing plant and I have to pay for it) service fee of $1,800. I was very upset leaving those dealerships knowing well that they were screwing me over for bogus fees even though I didn't buy a car there. At Kenosha Toyota, I couldn't be any happier. I purchased a car that I felt good paying for it. I felt good that I was not screwed by them and felt the pressure to buy. If you are looking for a new car, see what Kenosha Toyota has in inventory and visit them first before you go to the other dealers. Everyone was friendly and well informed. I waited for my car to be repaired and my advisor, Kim Soto, checked in on me and was available to answer any questions. My mechanic was very thorough in his assessment and my car is running beautifully. I bought my 2010 Honda Accord 16 years ago and is still running well.
