Used 2025 Mazda CX-5 2.5 S Premium Plus Package for sale near Cedarhurst, NY

I just bought my 6th Honda. As always the service and attention to detail were excellent. Aric was especially helpful both at the time of purchase and follow-up when I called with some more questions about my CRV. He was friendly and knowledgeable and accommodative.

Well I am really not sure this is legal but Mazda and many other manufacturers charge you monthly for an app that controls the vehicle. Remote start etc. I purchased this vehicle and I'm sure they already charged me in the purchase price for all the options it has. How can they charge me $10 a month for the rest of the years I own this vehicle just so I can remote start and see other information about the vehicle? It is like I sell you a kitchen and after a year if you want to open the doors you have to pay monthly for an app to do it. This is totally ridiculous and a scam. Say Mazda or any other car manufacturers sell 20,000,00 cars and all the people that bought them pay $10 a month to use the app they make an additional $200,000,000 for just use of the app. Well this is in my mind an absolute tragedy and should be illegal. Shame on them and all car manufacturers. I found an option to fix this. It still should not be this bad but anything to not pay these corrupt people any money. I found an aftermarket kit to fix this permanently for just over two years of monthly payments. It is called Startz, you can purchase on Amazon and install yourself. Good Luck

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation along with a complete vehicle inspection and the scheduling process was a breeze. Upon arrival, Carlos Terrazas-Alvarado, my service advisor, greeted me in less than sixty seconds. He then provided a thorough rundown on what to expect during my visit. During my stay I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and how professional the staff was. After about an hour, Carlos came to me and walked me through the results of the inspection utilizing great customer service skills coupled with his vast knowledge of the Nissan product. Perfect car! Traded in my CX-30, which was a wonderful car, but I wanted better visibility and more backseat space. The CX-5 ticks all the boxes: reasonable price, driving comfort, beautiful interior, smart dial system to use with the screen (which makes driving much safer than a touchscreen), plenty of cargo space without feeling too large, All Wheel Drive, and fun to drive. And some luxury options even on the lower trims.

I received a letter from Nissan alerting me that my current lease would be expiring soon and to come in and review my options. Great car. Radar guide cruise control is extremely annoying, so is the beeping for everything that you cant shut off. Its slow as xxxx, but it is a soccer mom car. Super fuel efficient and reliable... except for the water pump that seems to go out every 20k miles but its covered to 200k. Other than that, haven't had a single issue with it. Great commuter car. Good for road trips but back seat was mad for small children. Im 6,0 and cannot fit unless the person in the front has their knees in the dashboard

I had my car in for an oil change.and tire rotation. They got me right in for my appointment. The service technician recorded what he did and sent me the video while I was in the waiting area.

We worked with salesman Dan DeJesus. Dan was very friendly and attentive. He was immediate with his communication and was very active in making our experience with Acura a great experience. The only fallback was the time we spent (after making our appointment) to finalize the deal. Maybe the dealership might want to consider having more staff at this task. Also the car was not detailed ( as we had requested) on pickup. All repairs requested to complete the vehicle sale were performed. Time will tell if repairs were adequate.

We bought a vehicle from Tony. The buying experience was one of the best we have ever experienced. We were in and out with our new car in 2 1/2 hours. Tony took the car we were purchasing and filled it up. He and Jean Luc, the finance man worked hard to get us the best deal they could, and we left paying less that what we were first offered. Basically I was inquiring about a car and receive a quick reply. Unfortunately the car was missing a feature that was of interest to me so I did not pursue it but the saleswoman was nice and transparent with me and answered my question with honesty and accuracy.

The person who helped me was very professional and courteous. He made the process smooth and comfortable. I liked that he offered an extended service plan for Oil Changes and Tire Rotations in the future, but wasn?t very pushy in trying to upsell lots of unwanted extras like other dealerships do

No pressure. Ben listened to what I was after in a truck and presented several options both new and used. Came back the next day and he'd obviously done his homework. Had a truck that he thought would be the best fit and was the one I drove off the lot. Our negotiation was relatively quick and painless. I stopped by on my way home from work because an indicator light had come on. Even though it was about 30 minutes before the service department was going to close, they took the car in, researched and diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and I was on my way. Granted, a more serious problem would have meant that the car would have had to stay overnight... but all worked out fine. Good service, friendly crew - what more could I want?

Yes, good work by mechanics have made that possible, but only under the tight, intelligent, direction and inspection of Galatia. Technician was extremely professional and courteous. He was able to have my Navigation system working which they were unable to do after a 3hr wait during my previous visit. I loved receiving the video of the inspection because that made me more knowledgeable of the cars inner working. I would love to have the same customer service person again. Ann
