The service was perfect. Service Advisor Chris Larson was very helpful. He knew what had to be done and took care of it promptly. We received regular and timely updates and a full explanation of the services performed; including a video showing the repairs. Our CX-5 is now 11 years old and we've decided to replace it. Luther Brookdale's service sold us on getting a new Mazda. I'm buying the service as much as a new car.

My experience tonight was exceptional. Martin was our salesman. He is a super nice gentleman who is soft spoken and courteous. He was on task and gave us space when needed without being asked. Not only a good salesman but a good man.

My sister and I have been shopping for a replacement vehicle for our aging Chevy Tahoe. After several awful experiences with salesmen in various dealerships in Longmont I went online and found the perfect vehicle at Courtesy Mazda, a smaller dealership unknown to us. When My sister and I arrived we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist; welcomed by the sales lady, Aspen Swanson. Aspen was friendly, fun, easy to work with and in short order we had test driven the Tahoe, and agreed on the price. Another lady, Debra, in the finance department, was likewise wonderful, fast and efficient putting the paperwork together on the deal, and boom, we were done. My sister and I have both marveled about what a great car-buying experience this was and the comfort level we had doing so. Aspen went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order and worked closely with Debra on the paperwork. We left very happy and hope to be repeat customers in the future. I just bought a 2015 Honda CRV at Lester Raines Honda. This is the third car purchased from Lester Raines and each time my salesman was Bubby Combs. I like Bubby because he is knowledgeable about Honda products there is no pressure to buy or close at a pace that I am uncomfortable with. He is patient and very friendly. Also, he has no hesitation about bringing in a colleague who is a subject expert when needed. For example, Finance. I would definitively refer family and friends to Bubby and Lester Raines.
