The whole process was pretty easy. The detailed my car real nice before it was delivered. We were able to look at and test drive any of the vehicles we wanted. They had a nice selection of CX5?s for us to look at.

My 2021 Mazda which was purchased new at Mastria Mazda was recently hit while parked by another vehicle. While awaiting the insurance and appraisal repair process I wanted confirmation that my car was safe to drive. I contacted Mazda to get a safety inspection for peace of mind. Sean gave my vehicle a detailed exam and sent a video as he went through the process. We brought our car in for a recall repair. It took considerably longer than initially expected but the mechanics did a wonderful job and our service technician, Bobby, was great. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. He is a real asset to the Mazda dealership.

Had service done today ---- state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation ----- and it was done quickly!!! Have always been leery of having service done at car dealerships ---- but not at Fields Mazda. I contacted Safford Brown Mazda Chantilly via Cars.com to test drive a certified used 2025 Mazda CX-30. Michael Arevalo (sales) responded the following day and helped me arrange a test drive. Following the test drive I immediately decided to purchase the car that evening. Michael Arevalo quickly drew up the application, as well as managed my trade-in. I used Safford Brown's financing for the car. The financial representative, Ms. Golboo Javid, found a better interest rate than what my bank provided. She made the finance process very easy and pleasant. Start to finish, I left the dealership with my new car in under three hours. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and highly recommend Mr. Michael Arevalo, Ms. Golboo Javid, and the entire staff at Safford Brown Mazda of Chantilly.

After reading all the good reviews of Courtesy, decided to buy a CX-9 here. The staff was friendly, well-versed on the features of the car, and arranged two test drives without any hassle at all. The obvious honesty in everything they did stood out, including Dave, Amy and the sales manager (Brian?). It was a pleasant experience. The buying process was relatively fast and painless. I also talked to several customers who were waiting for their cars in the service area, and they had nothing but good things to say too.

Well run dealership. I've always been treated well, including service, which is where I take my car for regular oil changes and the rare occasional repair. I've owned the car since 2015. I don't go anywhere else, even though it is slightly out of my way.
