I have the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. The car is beautiful, sports mode is great for picking up speed on the highway, the app is great and it has all the features I wanted in a great price- sunroof, remote start, leather seats, etc. Drawbacks: Backseat: Car seat does not have as much room in the back (I knew this prior to purchasing, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Unfortunately I do wish it had more leg room especially as my 5 year old continues to grow). Tire pressure is not displayed inside the vehicle. This has already impacted me when I had a blow out on the highway, I had no idea my tire was losing air. Other than these factors, I am happy with my purchase.

Very polite staff and great customer service. Carefully listened to all my needs/issues and addressed them. Lots of potential for customer acquisition and customer retention.

I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

Very impressive mid sized SUV. Very solid handling, great on gas, and looks solid. Very happy with the purchase. This is my follow up review for 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. I have zero complaints or nits. With just under 3k miles I am now avg 31 mpg mostly on country roads and some city driving. No highway miles yet. Do not hesitate to buy this car you will not be dissapointed. I do wish this trim came with wireless carplay and android auto but I knew that when I purchased the car. The fit and finish is amazing.

Looks sharp. Smooth ride. Comfortable for me as a driver. Perfect size for me as a single homeowner. Good gas mileage, averaging 27-32 mpg. Love the bright RED with black leather seats.

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

This is my 3rd NEW CX5 non Turbo and by far #1- 2025 is a GREAT year with suspension, transmission and engine improvements- If you appreciate precision feedback , handling , suspension , brakes - Then you might start looking here. The vehicle interior is second to none at any cost and the build quality is as well. Approaching 10K miles on my 25 and no issues. I will say with these high compression engines (13-1 )- premium 91 + fuel is a must - turbo or not - As well The break in takes up to 20K miles before it will deliver the power its capable of - that said - Its reliable , easy to maintain - and for me has a timing chain ( no rubber belt ) and a real 6speed traditional step transmission as opposed to many other brands that are dropping cheap short lived CVT transmissions in the drivetrain - Mazda is using old school tried and tested technology. - I can yield at least 35 mpg if I keep it under 75 mph - and with a 15.3 gallon tank thats a lot of miles ! If you need a massive people / pet hauler - possibly look elsewhere- All models have AWD which has adaptive magnetic lockout which means little to no wear as it goes from 90% front -10% rear -- to 50%-50% depending on road conditions -- Just a great vehicle - If you are dead set on a competitor ( and there are many ) at least drive the CX5 before you decide- it may be your last stop - If you want power -- Get the turbo - I prefer the non-turbo as with premium fuel Im good with around 200 hp - The Turbo can get you over 250 Hp both 4 cylinder engines .

I always drove American cars. Father worked for GM. But this time I went for price/reliability/style. The interior could use some redesigning. Some of the switches should not be where they are. That's my only negative. I am glad I purchased this make /model. I glad I moved from American to Asian made. I am writing this with only 1 month driving the CX5. I am starting to like the car more and more. What would have been a better option...have heated side mirrors instead of heated seats. Your butt will eventually warm the seat. But the heated mirrors would benefit the driver more in the cold months. Good car.

I have never walked into a dealership that had so many enthusiastic people. We were blessed to have Roberto as are sales person who constantly was smiling and making sure we were comfortable. We told Riberto exactly what we were looking for and our price range. He didnt waste our time or his. He got us exactly what we wanted and while we waited for Sam to work his magic Roberto made sure that we were comfortable. Sam came abd introduced himself told us he would get us the best deal possible. Sam did just that. He negotiated for us and got us just what we wanted. Of course we can't leave Will out he got us in abd out of financing as quickly as possible. By far the best Sub $40k vehicle I've ever owned. And I'm a UAW worker. Driving, Power, Interior material quality are top notch. Alot of soft touch materials.

I love my 2018 Mazda CX-5 to absolutely no end! I have a blast driving it, and it is my first car. I have the Touring FWD model, but it does NOT skimp out on features, it has blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, back-up camera, Automatic Emergency Braking, airbags EVERYWHERE, and whole plethora of other safety features. It is very quick, reliable, and fun to drive. My only complaint is there is not much in the way of cabin storage. But it is not a deal breaker, since the trunk of the car has a large cargo area, and lots of room in the spare tire area. It has an amazing Bose speaker system and I was given this car for my birth day at about 30k miles, but it was purchased new. I have FWD (Front wheel drive) but it still does amazing in conditions like rain, and minor snow. It is also the only car from this segment that placed a good rating on the IIHS Crash Test. It is often on par with luxury brands like BMW and Mercedes but having the advantage of being half the cost and Japanese so it lasts forever and also since it's not German, the repairs won't cost a house mortgage. However, if you get a 2018, make sure you get an updated Navigation SD Card. I cannot recommend this car enough, it is perfect in nearly everyway. I am now a loyal Mazda customer, and will always have a Mazda in my garage, I trust them more than any other automaker. Perks: Large backseat (I am 6'1 and can for the most part fit comfortably in the back) Fun to drive Fuel efficient Safety Feature galore Reliable and cheap to maintain Excellent use of space Cons: If I had to choose, not as much cabin storage as I want, but I want more than the average person.

I love my 2014 Mazda CX-5. It is technically a 2014, but apparently no 2014s on Cars.com to review. It is so reliable—requires just basic maintenance like oil changes, new windshield wipers and tires as you’d need on any vehicle. Handles well, even on snow. Wish it had a turbo engine, but it’s plenty fast and not an issue. Never had any big expenses or surprises. My only 1st world complaint is the outdated/cumbersome GPS system and it sometimes doesn’t connect to my Bluetooth when trying to play Pandora—but the phone has never been an issue. I may look for a newer to me CX-5 just for something new to drive! My step-son may be the lucky one in line to drive the 2014 CX-5 next!

Finally got my 2nd key fab after six months. I know this wait was not any fault of the dealer. My contact/service with the dealer has been great. I'm very happy with my 2024 Prius.

Such a joy to drive. You can’t go wrong with a Mazda. While the CX-5 is on the smaller side, it fits our needs and is so fun to drive. It looks sharp from the outside and has a lot of comfort on the inside. Technology options are good and it has a solid warranty but you won’t need it as Mazda is one of the most reliable brands on the road.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

I love it! Bought it new in 2020. Grand Touring Reserve with the turbo in Soul Crystal red metallic. I'm currently at 56k miles with zero issues. I do oil changes every 5k miles. Originally I test drove a CRV, RAV4, Forrester, and CX5. I picked the Mazda bc it looks, feels, and drives like a luxury SUV. 320 |b/ft of torque for a compact really gives it the edge over anything else in the class. Four years later and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it. The handling's amazing, and the ride is great! Some people have called the ride firm but I would say it's super compliant. It settles very quickly over bumps without feeling upset. The Bose system sounds "good" but only has bass and treble adjustments with no mid which would make it even better. The ventilated seats work better than in other cars I tested as well. It's also one of the quietest too letting in very little wind and tire noise.

Being previous mercedes owners for years the Mazda was a shocker ! Comparable in style, ride and comfort we were both shocked . The only drawback is no touchscreen once i got used to it - don’t even notice now and the way the design is in my signature turbo you don’t need to divert your eyes from the road - everything easy to use sleek and uncomplicated. the bells and whistles are fun and handy GPS and road noise better than my C class Mercedes. So far so good - winter is coming so i’ll see how she does in snow- fingers crossed.

I've been buying cars for 52 years and wanted to share what a great experience I had in purchasing a 2016 Buick Verano at Andy Mohr Nissan in Avon, Indiana. My salesperson, Luidgi, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. When he opened the hood on the Verano so I could look at the engine, I couldn't believe it - super clean (sparkling) with a new battery, fresh oil change and new tires! I had done research on this vehicle before making the 2 hour trip to see it. The technicians and detailers really did a fantastic job on preparing this vehicle. When it was time to see the finance officer I was blown away with the desk in her office - it was like something out of Star Trek. The desktop was a screen and you used a special pen to sign the documents. Like Mr. Spock says "fascinating". As I made the 2 hour trip back home in the Verano, I felt that I had purchased a decent, reliable car and my experience at Andy Mohr's was pleasant, fun and interesting.

Living in Orlando, you know it’s kinda hard not to have a car to get you from place to place, especially when you are trying to juggle work, school, and personal life. As a person who works in the medical field, and having to be around patients on a daily basis, be at church twice a week, and as a nursing student, be able to get to my classes, and Clinical’s in a timely manner, it’s kind of hard not having a car to be able to do the things that I need to do. So I went onto my company’s website and saw that we had an opportunity to purchase a car through offlease Orlando, and I have been praying since February 2024 to get a Mazda CX-5, and when I saw they had two available. I called and spoke with Briana the BDC Rep who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and showed her eagerness to assist me, she made sure that I received a text and email to remind me of my appt and my sales rep. As one of the cars was already sold, the one that I really wanted it was actually here still and just waiting for me to call it mine and take it home. I test drove the car and the car ran perfect no issues, I had a Carfax and it really was just perfect for me. The process of purchasing the car was smooth, easy, and didn’t take no time at all. I was able to purchase my dream car, the Mazda CX-5, and be able to drive home with a beautiful car. With graduation being December 2025, this is my first big purchase, and this is going to help me be able to finish my classes before graduation, be able to help me and get to and from work, be able to help patient with my own personal company called “iFirst Care”, be able to drive myself to church, and be able to have fun with my friends and family. Sydney who is one of the Sales Reps and also the “Repo Lady” made sure she checked on me to make sure that I was doing OK as I was waiting in the waiting room for my paperwork to be finished and finalized. Albert who is the Finance Rep make sure that I had all my documents ready and prepared and made the signing process so easy and smooth to the point that I did not break a sweat when I signed my life away Lol! The audio on the Carbon edition is outstanding. I purchased this SUV due to its value and reliability. I would highly recommend the Mazda CX 5.

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

Dropped off my 2018 Sonata cause the check engine light came on. A few days later got a text saying i needed a Engine Wire Harness + other items but totaling over 4k$. So i call to see if it was under warranty. They call the warranty people and say they will get back to me on Friday 1/19/2024. Friday they call and let me know car is ready to be picked up. I only paid 100+$ for oil change works package. Turns out the tech mixed up cars can you believe it? Just happy i dont got to pay a fortune to have it fixed.

I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.
