Jack Valentine was very helpful with my finances, explaining several options that I had and the pros and cons. Very efficient - my time was not wasted.

I had a great experience with CarShop in Robinson Twp., PA. I had the pleasure of working with two great representatives. Both Chester and Delaney were helpful and information. They provided great communication from start to finish.

Contacted the dealer for a test drive of the Tesla and they told me 1 PM would work. When I showed up, the car had not been detailed (it had just been traded in a day ago) and was dirty on the inside. I wish they would have told me that it hadn't detailed and let me decide whether to wait until it had been detailed. Took it on the test drive and the salesman helped me figure out how to do things like adjust the side view mirrors (never drove a Tesla before). A decent experience, but since they don't emphasize Teslas, they couldn't answer all of my questions.

Shane was my initial contact to get the process started with trade-in valuation. Totally easy going process - no stress at all! Nice hand-off to Ryan on another day as they worked around my work schedule. Ryan was fast and efficient to get me through the purchasing process and get me in my new car. It was all fast and easy no stress no pressure process. Cars are beautifully presented on their web-site, easy to line up for a test drive, clean and detailed when you get there. Mercedes Benz of Washington (PA) diagnosed and fixed a problem another MB dealership caused. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands with service writer Amy Nelson. I did not have an appointment for a Service B but Amy quickly got me in and arranged for a driver (Dale! Who was awesome!) to take me back to my office. A problem was found under the hood that only the MB dealership where I purchased the car could have caused. This is where Service Manager Bob Anderson came in. Bob went above and beyond to get my car properly fixed and out the door in record time. Come to find Bob has been at this dealership for 35 years. Unheard of these days! Bob and staff provided me with the utmost care and for that I am most thankful.

I had a couple specific requirements and he worked hard to find the right truck for me. Never pressured me to buy something that wasn't what I wanted. I received great service at Ron Lewis. I have a 2021 Jeep Gladiator, I was experiencing a battery drain. The technicians were able to identify the issue and replaced the battery. The Clerical staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. I will most definitely recommend Ron Lewis to friends and collegues.

had the best experience buying my new CX-5 Carbon edition at #1 Cochran Mazda North Hills. I found a vehicle I loved on their website and was very pleasantly surprised to stumble across a great financing offer! I reached out Friday afternoon and worked with Ben Schuster to set up a test drive this morning and was able to come home with it by this afternoon. Ben was outstanding to work with, very knowledgeable, understanding, and had a very non intimating approach. Everything was seamless from the test drive to the paperwork. I also appreciate the dealership’s clear and straightforward approach to pricing and financing. I had an estimate of the car payment in my email within 30 minutes of reaching out Friday…made it much easier to move forward with the process knowing exactly what I was getting into ahead of time. All in all I highly recommended Cochran as a dealership and Ben as a salesman!
