Used 2024 Mazda CX-50 for sale near Mission Bend, TX

Brought our Camaro in for no cold air. Yazmine was great. She communicated when repairs didn?t meet deadline and followed up daily afterwards. Very professional. I?ll definitely use repair services there again, though I hope not to have to. Now our Camaro A/C temp is lower than my bank account. But hey, money well spent.

Other than an error code that was fixed about a month after purchase. The CX-50 has been a pleasure to drive. Very responsive and once you get used to the safety feature built into the cruise control that is fine as well. It will slow down automatically when approaching a slower moving vehicle. If you change to passing lane it will then speed up until set speed or you approach another vehicle. Gas mileage is 24 city and it seems like 28 to 30 highway. Not actually calculated that but miles oer tank increases. Love the car but for me back seats seem to sit too straight. Not sure if they can recline or not.

hours ago NEW if you are looking for a Toyota, I highly recommend using Cedric at Toyota of Katy. I called him, told him what I was looking for, he went out in the rain, and got pictures and videos. Met me at the dealership the next day early before he was supposed to be at work. Started the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He explained everything in detail, very patient, very kind, as I was waiting for finance to be approved, he constantly kept me up-to-date. Answered all my questions in detail. I could not have hand picked a better salesman!!

Love my new car I really love the touch screen that I have I never had one before also I love the space behind the cup holder is perfect enough for my phone…. I must admit I don’t know much about cars only the basic I brought my son when I was going to purchase this car oh and I love my black rims

Keeping it short and to the point… Negatives: Front wiper leaves large area on passenger side untouched. Panoramic moon roof only opens to halfway on the front section of roof. No audible alert for rear camera No remote start option on key fob - only on Mazda app. Engine heat is felt down between steering column and peddles - will check with dealership during first service as this seems more than expected. Apart from what is mentioned above, this car is great to drive and I’m happy with everything else so far at 1600 miles

Christopher Branch was my service advisor. He had a great attitude and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend requesting him on your next service. Wasn't thrilled about the cost of repairs, but I guess that's just wear and tear. We did buy the vehicle used, maybe the previous owner's abused it. Highly recommend Chris though.

Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle

Katy Toyota rocks! Here's a shout out to Marci Simpson, who helped us better understand the many options for leasing one of their new cars. She was pleasant and friendly and a delight to work with. Never felt pressured--really appreciated her honesty and patience explaining details of several options we had. She genuinely cared and was committed to meeting our needs and we feel much better knowing what is financially attainable and practical. Past experiences with other car dealerships for me have not been good and none come close to the great service she provided. Hope to lease a Corolla Cross or other hybrid soon as we're working to get our finances in order. Really appreciate her time showing the new hybrids available. I had a terrific experience buying a new/used car from Mohamad Rahal recently at Jeff Haas Mazda, 16711 Katy Freeway, Houston TX 77094. I had just been burned by two other dealerships that did not hold the car for me until I got to their dealerships to negotiate a purchase of the car I wanted to buy - the 1st dealership I called I said I would be there in +/- 3 hours and the 2nd dealership I called I said I will be there in +/- 20 minutes. When I arrived at both dealerships they both told me they have "bad news and good news". The bad news is they just sold the car I asked them to hold me and the good news is they can sell me another car - at both of these dealerships they were young inexperienced salesman. Mohomad is an experienced professional and has been in the car industry for decades and does business "the old fashioned way". Mohamed held the car for me I wanted to buy until I got all my financing in order to pay cash for the car. Mohamed clearly explained each line item on the "Vehicle Buyer's Order" and also the additional lifetime engine warranty I purchased. The finance department also made doing business efficient and simple. I recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. Richard B 12.30.2024
