Excellent and pleasant customer experience from beginning to end. Service was accommodating, but recommend to schedule. Still am efficient process experienced. Well informed from drop-off to pick-up. Sales team was pleasant and not overbearing. Will definitely do more business again.

I interacted with several people, whose names I didn't get, which I regret because they were each one very good. However, Service Advisor Brittany McDonald went above and beyond all my hopes and expectations. On a scale of 1 to 10, she turned it up to an 11. I had a 1pm appointment Nov. 12 for a recall, but arrived 2 hours early. She signed me in, got my recall started ("lower the airbag pressure sensor setting" on my MX5 ND), and also helped me install a part I'd bought for my side mirror. She saw to it the car was cleaned and checked under the hood, and I was back out on the road before I was scheduled to arrive! Throughout, Brittany was pleasant, gracious, knowledgeable, informed, and obliging. I was actually smiling when I left an auto dealership, which hasn't happened before. Brittany is a rarity, and valuable. I'll be back.

Zachary in the Service department was informative, direct, kind. His expertise and concise knowledge guided me even amongst the most complicated scenarios when repairing and servicing my Mazda. I felt like I was in the right place because of the human touch and extra care I received at Greenway Mazda. Thanks, y'all!

We had a wonderful experience. Car buying was simple. No fancy language was used. We were shown stuff as is and we landed a deal same day . These are honest people. Two thumbs up .

My experience tonight was exceptional. Martin was our salesman. He is a super nice gentleman who is soft spoken and courteous. He was on task and gave us space when needed without being asked. Not only a good salesman but a good man.

I got a check engine light and started to panic. I went straight to Greenway Mazda. Fortunately, I was met by Zachary. Zachary restored my calm. He quickly got me registered, promised to completely check out my car, and went over various scenario pricing with me ahead of service. Zachary said they should be able to do everything within a certain amount of time. He promised and delivered. There weren’t any surprises. I even got a little car wash on the way out. I was greeted when I first walked in by an employee at the front desk. While she was greeting Steve (a salesman) came out and greeted me as well. He listened to my vehicle interests and did not hesitate on showing me those models. I also want to thank the Mazda design engineers and their team who are responsible for creating the luxurious CX-90. Thanks for designing a premium luxurious vehicle while keeping customers in mind by it also being fuel efficient economy equipped too 😎❤️❤️💯. The best car buying experience I have ever had. Practically seamless. Steve Garbs was the salesman I worked with and he was absolutely amazing. I definitely appreciated how straightforward he was and how hard he worked to dealership trade and get the color of vehicle I wanted. Mitch Ericson in finance was also great to work with.
