I purchased a vehicle here and within a week discovered the tires were already worn (around 3/32?4/32). We had mentioned the bald tires to our sales rep before we purchased and he said they couldn?t change them out. I was initially told by staff that the tires would be replaced, but later the dealership declined, stating they measured 5/32 instead. This was disappointing because the expectation had already been set that the tires would be changed. The sales manager originally seemed willing to help, but the final decision left me feeling misled. I hope the dealership improves communication and stands by what is promised to customers. Overall experience was great despite the tires not being replaced. Finance was amazing and the dealership is nice. We love the mazda. Shoutout to Donavan the sales Manager he was really communicative and tried his best to replace the tires but it didn?t happen.

My wife and I were very impressed with his thorough knowledge of his line of work and how he went about explaining every step during the process. We are not first time buyers and it was refreshing to be given information that we hadn’t received in the past for other dealers. Stephen Lewis is one of the managers that came over to say hi and offer his services as well, should we need it. Great experience and good people. Zack and Ceedric are so awesome! I was in desperate need for a new key after mine had been stolen, and they were both so helpful in getting me a new one. Even though my auto insurance kept having mishaps with tows and extended wait times, they were flexible and professional. They truly care about their customers and want what is best for them, which is a very rare thing to find these days. Highly, highly recommend.

I purchased my vehicle through Sill-Terhar Lincoln - Broomfield CO and had an amazing experience working with Anthony and Kelly. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle out of state which was very nerve wracking. Anthony was my eyes and ears throughout the entire process.
