We were in town from Wisconsin. I unfortunately fought a curb and my tire lost. I called sandy sansing with no previous experience with them and explained i needed help because we wouldn't make it 900 plus miles on a spare. The gentleman talked to an advisor and fit me right in. I was met by friendly faces and had a matching tire installed with car washed in an hour. Customer service was top notch. CarMax Huntsville review
After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.
