CarMax Huntsville review
After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. I called Nathan Merrill at DGDG Mazda out of the blue because I was looking for a specific color/option combo Mazda CX-5 and wanted to buy it same day - the special interest rate was expiring and sales tax was going up 1% the next day. He was very very nice, and went to go find it for me (it was at another of their locations). He secured it, sent me a video, offered a fair price, so I bought it that night and he had it delivered to me the next day. This is the first time I've bought directly from a dealership since 2012 because of bad experiences in the distant past. Nathan made it a good experience. I still hate sitting in front of the Finance guy, but that can't be helped LOL

My shopping experience at Capitol Mazda was smooth and stress free. Casey Dawes was very helpful in explaining every detail about the vehicle and the purchase. He was very friendly and patient with the bombardment of questions/concerns I had all throughout the purchasing process. At no time did I feel pressured into purchasing the vehicle. Going through the Costco Auto Program helped in saving a couple hundred dollars, and a quicker than usual purchase. To top it off, there's no markups on the vehicles. I would definitely recommend Capitol Mazda to everyone, and would definitely return at some point in the future for a second purchase.
