I had an issue with an exhaust leak. I called set up an appointment and arrived my car was taken almost immediately and Nick was very courteous and told me he would have the car done around noon. At about 11:15 he called and let me know my car was ready and they found and fixed the leak. The Crippen shuttle picked me up within a half hour and was was out of the dealership by noon. I have been a customer of Crippen for more 20 years and have always been satisfied with the service.

2026 Mazda CX-50 review
The CX-50 is a great car. The exterior and interior are sleek and luxurious, and it drives great. The combo leather/canvas seats are awesome, because you still get the look of leather without the sticky/sweaty feel. Responsive infotainment system and variety of control options (joystick, touch screen, steering wheel buttons) is nice. AWD works great for me in the mountains.

The staff was fantastic! All questions were answered competently and in detail. A huge shoutout to our sales associate Caiden Smith whom guided us through the process. When my wife and I walked through the door Caiden greeted us with genuine enthusiasm that immediately put us at ease. He listened to our requests and produced several vehicle options that met our needs. Caiden was a major factor in our purchasing our vehicle from the LaFontaine Auto Group. In addition, Roderic Collins was also instrumental in bringing our purchase to fruition.
