I like the fact that I can get a loaner car when my car has too much work to finish in a day. I like the fact that now we can see a video of the problem before the work is done. I have not had any problems with the car breaking down and I think that is because the mechanics are conscientious in looking out for future problems.

I engaged with the folks at North Penn Mazda to purchase a vehicle online. Some life events unfolded which prohibited me purchasing my vehicle. I want to also add to my review that if it wasn't for David Briggs telling me place a $500 hold on my car of interest - the 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Sport, it probably would have been sold before I made the decision purchase. I cannot thank him enough for that because this was my first experience in 15 years purchasing a car.

Great experience; Professional, courteous, and no pressure attitude made the process smooth and enjoyable. The sales person (Troy) understood our needs and provided good guidance to help us make an informed decision. The finance department (Vardan) added to the positive experience by explaining our warranty options, while fast processing the transaction thus making sure we are out of the dealership in no time. I should add that we chose Sentry West Mazda over other dealers because it has high ratings, and we were not disappointed!
