Manchester Mazda review
Recently purchased new from Mazda of Manchester. With all the consumer information available these days, new Mazdas basically sell themselves, the dealerships basically direct traffic, manage the transactions and negotiations. Having said that, Mazda of Manchester was extremely efficient and professional and I drove off feeling I had been treated extremely fairly, especially during the trade-in appraisal process, which can be very painful, as I learned at rival Mazda dealerships during my hunt. With dealer discounts and Mazda Loyalty rebates applied, the OTD price paid was thousands less than I had budgeted. Lisa and Kris were helpful and knowledgeable throughout and after the transaction, and were very flexible in working within my schedule and timeframes. Social-distancing protocols surely compromised the typical workflow in the dealership paperwork process, but everything was handled creatively and efficiently. I will highly recommend doing business with these guys if you are in the market for a Mazda!

Hamilton Mazda review
I stopped by on my way home from work because an indicator light had come on. Even though it was about 30 minutes before the service department was going to close, they took the car in, researched and diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and I was on my way. Granted, a more serious problem would have meant that the car would have had to stay overnight... but all worked out fine. Good service, friendly crew - what more could I want?

I can’t say enough positive things about Flood Mazda and the staff there! This has been my BEST car buying experience ever, and I have purchased many cars throughout the years from a myriad of dealerships. Charlie was outstanding to work with in terms of his calm demeanor, patience, and follow through. I went to the dealership three times before buying my Mazda 6 and he was consistently courteous and did not pressure me, even when I was considering an entirely different vehicle. Jason always greeted me with a smile and helped to ease my car buying anxiety. Dave and Cody were also amazing on pick up day. Both spent a great deal of time going over details and helped to close the deal in a timely and stress free way. Russell was also extremely personable and helpful.
