Basically made a deal over the phone, even my trade which needed a major repair. He encouraged me not to have the repair done and gave me the most of any other dealers for my trade! When i got there, over 90 miles away, there was no surprises! He knew where I needed to be with my payment and that is the payment that I received. Very friendly staff. The car was even better than I expected! This is a dealer that is truly there for the customer. If you are looking for a vehicle, give them a try!!

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. I was extremely pleased with the efficiency of my service at Moon Hyundai. One the service center was easy to make an appointment with. Two, they were kind enough to send a reminder. Three, they were prompt with greeting me and making me feel comfortable during my wait. Four, the waiting area was comfortable. Five, the wait time was short and exactly as promised. Finally everyone was nice and accommodating and so efficient. Everything was explained and my car was waiting steps away. Nice experience. We bought new Encore from Bob Sekora. He listened to what we had to say and accurately presented and reviewed what was available from stock and available within a day or two. Everything up-front. No suddenly appearing costs, surcharges or pressure and he made sure we felt comfortable with the car before leaving the dealership.
I had a good experience at Northstar Chevrolet. I went in for an oil change, and a rubbing noise. They could not find the rubbing rubbing noise so the manager and the mechanic went with me for a test drive which then I did not hear the rubbing noise anymore so what they were doing must have fixed it.
