The whole experience went well. The only thing that was a little lackluster was the detailing of the car. It was rushed and not the best but this is the 2nd time I?ve bought from EchoPark and I would buy there again.

I purchased my vehicle through Sill-Terhar Lincoln - Broomfield CO and had an amazing experience working with Anthony and Kelly. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle out of state which was very nerve wracking. Anthony was my eyes and ears throughout the entire process. He was sending me videos of the vehicle and keeping me up to date on the big things. Kelly was absolutely wonderful. Great car i love my cx-90, there is plenty of room for my kids with that 3'd row of seats. I love the features driving this car makes me feel like i am in a space ship, and with the adaptive cruise control and lane assist I hardly even have to drive!

Had an amazing experience with our car purchase here. EchoPark has a relaxing environment, didn’t feel pressured or salesey like dealerships can feel. Zack and Ceedric are so awesome! I was in desperate need for a new key after mine had been stolen, and they were both so helpful in getting me a new one. Even though my auto insurance kept having mishaps with tows and extended wait times, they were flexible and professional. They truly care about their customers and want what is best for them, which is a very rare thing to find these days. Highly, highly recommend.

I visited the AutoNation Toyota website for the Arapahoe location. I found a used RAV4 that matched what I was looking for in a car and was also in my budget. I submitted a request to take a look at the vehicle, and shortly after I was contacted by the salesman Joshua, he asked me about my interest in the car and if I wanted to set up to test drive it. I set up an appointment and went in a few days later. I met with Joshua, and I test drove the car and loved it. Joshua was very informative and patient with me as a first time car buyer. Once I was committed to buying the car, Joshua set me up to meet with the financial advisor at Toyota, I walked in originally financed through a credit union I had used in the past, but after speaking to the financial advisor at Toyota, I changed my mind, and I financed through you, you offered a better rate, and also some wonderful warranties were included in that as well. The entire process from beginning to end felt not pressured, and that?s what I was afraid of going into this as someone who had never bought a car on my own before. My husband and I talked about the great experience we had, and we know this will be our place to go for cars in the future not only buying, but for general maintenance and repairs as well.

We did not buy from them. The one year old car with 30,000+ miles on it was priced above the norm, even by Kelley Blue Book standards. No negotiations available. So didn't buy. Nothing more. I'd recommend people to try, it doesn't hurt. But just be weary, you lose 3 years worth of manufacturer warranty, in just one year. Buying process, quality of repairs, facilities rated 3's, because it wouldn't submit as "n/a". So these are not a true rating. Wanted to rate "n/a".

This was by far the best experience I’ve had buying a car Rickey was the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with he was patient never pushy he dealt with every question he was very professional I would definitely buy from them again
