Michael Wills responded to my request about the 2007 Honda Odyssey that they had for sale. He set up an appointment for us to look at the van, made a sure I had the correct address, and the day we were going to check it out he reached out to make sure we were not having trouble with directions. He already had the vehicle up front waiting for us and walked us through the directions on the map to test drive it. The van was clean and in great condition. We decided to purchase it and he broke everything down for us so we could get a better idea of our finances. While we were signing the purchase papers Mike had them freshen up the van again and they put a full tank of gas in it for us. Their staff was friendly, and ager to answer any questions or address any concerns we had. Recently I brought my Mazda3 into Poughkeepsie Mazda for some part replacements, as it is now exceeding 200K miles. My experience with the service team could not have been more positive. Dan communicated issues regarding my car in a timely manner, Scott was extremely helpful, and it all made sense after interacting with their service manager, Tom DiFiore. In keeping this short, please communicate with your service techs any concerns you have before running to social media.
