Two years ago Jose R assisted us with a Mazda Miata MX 5 purchase for my husband. The car we wanted was ordered online and the purchase was quick, painless and easy! Routine service at the dealership has also been great w/constant communication & a video of the service details texted after complete. In December, Jose reached out to us asking if we wanted to look into a newer MX-5 which we actually were debating even b4 his outreach. We made an appt, fell in love with the newer MX-5 and actually at the same time purchased a CX-50 Turbo for me and I love it! I always take my ?23 Miata to Daytona Mazda for routine service. Chris Jones, my regular service agent, makes sure that I have the necessary service done on my vehicle in a professional & expeditious manner. The service tech sends a video & if they find anything additional that needs to be done Chris always explains what is necessary before moving foward.
