Purchasing a new car can be a daunting experience. Is this the right vehicle? Is the vehicle fairly priced? Will the sales associate treat me with respect? Will our questions be answered in a forthright manner? I can say unequivocally that the staff at LaFontaine put all our trepidation and doubt about the new car buying process to rest. The staff was fantastic! All questions were answered competently and in detail. A huge shoutout to our sales associate Caiden Smith whom guided us through the process. When my wife and I walked through the door Caiden greeted us with genuine enthusiasm that immediately put us at ease. Crippen GMC Mazda Volvo review
I had an issue with an exhaust leak. I called set up an appointment and arrived my car was taken almost immediately and Nick was very courteous and told me he would have the car done around noon. At about 11:15 he called and let me know my car was ready and they found and fixed the leak. The Crippen shuttle picked me up within a half hour and was was out of the dealership by noon. I have been a customer of Crippen for more 20 years and have always been satisfied with the service.
