He took the time to explain our options and go over the pros and cons of each vehicle, and gave us the space and time to make our decision. Hi. I have to say Sam was amazing and I wish I had a position at my company to hire him. I was told at check-in from someone else that I would be out at 10 am. I had an appointment after this so it was important to get out on time. At around 5 of 10 I went up to the desk and asked Sam if my car was almost done. He literally stopped what he was doing and got me the video, reviewed my options, helped me buy a part and got me out in 10 minutes. He was also so nice and so informative. I didn?t have time to get my car washed, but other than that it ended up being a super pleasant experience. I hope you recognize him as a very valuable employee.

I admit it, I've never liked car shopping. The research, hours at the dealer and the usual endless negotiations have never made for a fun experience. When I went to 495 Mazda to test drive a CX-5, I was expecting more of the same. The first surprise was the dealership itself... there wasn't one! They're in the process of having one built so the building in place right now is more like one of those trailers you see at construction sites. Instead of a showy inside, it was just round tables, a TV and a very comfortable vibe. And the cutest French bulldog named Whitney greeted me on arrival and slept in my lap during lease negotiations! My salesperson, Ben, took a great test drive with me covering both highway and back streets so I could get an in-depth feel for both surfaces. He also covered every feature in detail and helped me set up everything from the radio to how soon my doors will lock when I get out of the car. Mike, the Finance Manager made the paperwork a breeze. Everyone was really nice and made the experience a positive one. Best of all, I LOVE my car!

I got there they checked my car in the truck it away. We discussed what I needed to have done and told them to do whatever they needed to do to fix it and hour and 10 minutes later it was all set to go. I was impressed with the video That they sent me explaining what they did. I thought that was pretty interesting.
