I was looking for a car at their Madison location, and they were not able to sell me the car. So I went down to this dealership, and they were able to sell me the car at a fair price for both parties! The saleswoman, Robyn, was amazing to work with! She was straightforward and amiable and was so helpful in walking me through every step in buying a vehicle. Robyn was never pushy, and I felt that my decisions were always respected throughout this whole process. This is something I really appreciated as a first-time car-owner. She was communicative, and overall, a pleasure to work with! Overall, I truly enjoyed working with this dealership. I found them by first looking at Cars.com for a Mazda hybrid although I had been to their dealership before. Logan contacted me and when I when to the dealership I met with him. I have to say dealing with Logan was very pleasurable. Logan was very knowledgeable about the specific Mazda I wanted to see. Logan provided me with a test drive and all the information I thought I needed. I ultimately did purchase a car from Holiday and when I went to pick it up Logan spent more than an hour going over all the features with me and gave me his phone number to contact him with any additional questions I have and I have utilized that offer a few times in the short weeks after purchase. I would certainly recommend him and Holiday Mazda if they have a car you are interested in.

Russ Darrow Metro Mazda review
Got a great deal on a used car, however they basically snatched my car from under me at a price that was laughable without even asking me. Gigantic misstep and poor practice on their end, but at least the car I ended up with was so vastly superior, I don't really care that much. To be fair, my car did suck, but I know I could've gotten at least 3x the price they paid for it.
