Recently purchased a new vehicle from Mazda of Orange. We handled the price negotiations online and through phone conversations. When I arrived at the dealership the car was out front for me to review and we went through the necessary paperwork and confirmed the price we had previously agreed upon.

This is not the first time I purchase or lease a car from Galpin. Our family always comes here and always request Miguel Lopez @galpinmotors @galpinmazda @galpinhonda as he makes our purchase so efficient by requesting all necessary info and docs ahead of our visit. I went to the SouthBay dealership on Friday after work. Charlie was very helpful and transparent in their pricing. Charlie doesn’t waste your time and he’ll work with you in getting a fair price. I didn’t feel forced in purchasing the vehicle and I was able to test both the Mazda CX5 and Mazda 6. The entire staff there is friendly and they thoroughly explained their answers to my questions. I needed a new car in the middle of the "stay home". I was pleased to find that they were open as I only had minimal ideas what I wanted. We drove on the lot and I saw a model that took my breath away. We had a little problem getting in because they weren't expecting anyone but all safety procedures were applied gloves, masks etc. In the show room they another model on display which was exactly what I wanted. The only problem was could I afford it. I am widowed and retired. We sat down and worked on pricing and came up with a figure I will be able to manage. The rebates were more than the cost of outside financing so I went with the rebates although they did offer zero interest. I am very thrilled and happy with my new car. It's a shame I can't drive it more at the moment!
