I have never walked into a dealership and felt so comfortable and welcomed. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, friendly, and actually enjoyable. Both Sales Manager Dionte and Product Specialist MJ Mohammed truly had my best interests at heart. They don’t just sell cars; they really listen. During our conversation, I mentioned that my son was also looking for a vehicle, and out of the blue, MJ pulled a car to the front that was a perfect fit for him. Dionte was an absolute blessing. Between his "magic" and their dedication to accommodating us, my son and I both walked out at the same time with a 2026 Mazda CX-90 and a 2023 Mazda3. MJ is the definition of a product specialist. He didn’t "half-step" at all—he wouldn't let us drive off until he had thoroughly gone over every detail and feature of our new vehicles. He is incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we were completely confident before we left. I visited on the second day being opened and had a great experience in buying a 2022 Explorer and trading in a 2016. It was seamless. Had an issue with the new car that turned out to be a factory defect that they had Ford correct. All good. I’ll be back.
2026 Mazda Mazda3 review
Bought 26' Mazda 3 hatchback Premium 6spd. While this car occupies a niche segment, a manual transmission car (not a CUV), it is a practical daily commuter car that also brings some driving joy to my enthusiast side. This model has been around since 2019 but still looks like it could have been a new model release. The interior is one of the nicest in the segment. All places touched frequently are covered in soft plastics or leather. The options include a complete host of safety and driver aids, headup display, lane departure, and adaptive cruise are actually helpful and not intrusive. I enjoy the Bose 12spkr system while rowing through the gears. The transmission is smooth and precise. This is not a fast car but it is a joy driving with spirit. The back seats are snug but our young children fit comfortably. The rear hatch is deep and fits enough for getaways or Costco runs. The handling is confidence inspiring that keeps you grinning even well within the car's limits. Having owned other Mazdas including Mazda6 6spd v6, CX 5 twice...the Mazda 3 hasn't disappointed. The Mazda 3 is a fun car that delivers a rewarding experience, decent fuel efficiency, adequate practicality, and an interior that feels premium. The long term reliability is the really what seals the deal. We're looking forward to many years of enjoying ownership.

I had a great experience recently at Napleton Mazda of Naperville. The staff was so friendly, I had interest in one of the used vehicles they have. I met with Karl, and he was so easy going and no tricks or games played. They worked with me and my budget to make sure I had the best possible outcome. I was worried I may of had to get a co signer however, they have a lot of banks they work with on the spot. Very happy!
