After a few weeks of “window” shopping for a potential new vehicle I stopped by and finally had a hands on look at the car that caught my eye. With Raul and Dionte’s help, I was able to upgrade and get into a new vehicle after having my Chevy Cruze for 12 years. The Hawk Mazda team was great and made sure I had all my questions answered and worked with me to get the best deal possible. Definitely recommend this team is your looking at a new Mazda. I shopped here for a used Mazda3. The person I scheduled the appointment with was not available when I arrived. I was given a new sales associate. We test drove the car together. We discussed pricing. I was fully expecting them to tack on a bunch of useless add-ons that were non-negotiable. Instead, he added a few optional add-ons and a small fee for reconditioning the car. I thought the fee was reasonable. It was simple to remove the optional add-ons. I was shocked by the experience. It went really well. The manager was really nice. Unfortunately we were still a bit apart on the price so I left to sleep on it. I was pleasantly surprised by their behavior. Maybe there is hope that dealerships can be straightforward and professional. I recommend these guys even though I didn't buy from them in the end.

Had the help of Lupe in buying a car. He was not pushy at all and answered all my questions. It can be a long day getting a new car which it was, but it was a pretty easy process. Also while waiting for numbers and paperwork the other staff would start a conversation with you as well talking cars.
