I was greeted when I first walked in by an employee at the front desk. While she was greeting Steve (a salesman) came out and greeted me as well. He listened to my vehicle interests and did not hesitate on showing me those models. I also want to thank the Mazda design engineers and their team who are responsible for creating the luxurious CX-90. Thanks for designing a premium luxurious vehicle while keeping customers in mind by it also being fuel efficient economy equipped too 😎❤️❤️💯. Have a Kia Soul. Love my car and I only take it to the dealership to get my maintance done. Two years old and less than 20 thousand miles its great. I truely believe that maintenance at the dealership makes a big difference. People invest big money in a car 🚗 and I see good to the Kia dealership is just part of my investment for my car

Excellent and pleasant customer experience from beginning to end. Service was accommodating, but recommend to schedule. Still am efficient process experienced. Well informed from drop-off to pick-up. Sales team was pleasant and not overbearing. Will definitely do more business again.

I interacted with several people, whose names I didn't get, which I regret because they were each one very good. However, Service Advisor Brittany McDonald went above and beyond all my hopes and expectations. On a scale of 1 to 10, she turned it up to an 11. I had a 1pm appointment Nov. 12 for a recall, but arrived 2 hours early. She signed me in, got my recall started ("lower the airbag pressure sensor setting" on my MX5 ND), and also helped me install a part I'd bought for my side mirror. She saw to it the car was cleaned and checked under the hood, and I was back out on the road before I was scheduled to arrive! Throughout, Brittany was pleasant, gracious, knowledgeable, informed, and obliging. I was actually smiling when I left an auto dealership, which hasn't happened before. Brittany is a rarity, and valuable. I'll be back.
