At first glance you ask yourself... what did I buy. It looks small and very low to the ground. You manage to get in and start the car. The engine roars to life and it's louder than what you might be used to. The seat hugs your body and you begin to get comfortable. First gear sprints the MX-5 into what feels like a roller coaster ride. It's lively and fun, and you tell yourself... yeah, I can get used to this. I was pleasantly surprised with my recent purchasing experience with West Coast Auto Works. Nick, the salesman, was polite, friendly, and helpful. Steven (Stephen?) in the finance department was fantastic as well, and it was refreshing that both of them were car guys. The pricing was transparent and fair and they were able to truly surprise me with a fantastic loan. I was also very appreciative of the speed with which the process was completed. I know that many dealerships train their staff to keep prospective customers on the sales floor for as long as possible; I was set up with a test drive, given a clear price, and provided options for financing very quickly. And--this bears repeating--the experience was excellent and I was amazed at the quality of the financing. I have no complaints.

Logan is your guy! I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I was not expecting to buy a car this year but car accidents are never planned. The second I walked in, I felt like I was talking to a friend. The entire staff from beginning to end were not pushy or pressuring. They let us test drive the car by ourselves (unlike the competition down the road) and even let us take it a second time to lunch to have more time to ourselves to deliberate. Logan, specifically, was amazing to seal the deal with, but we encountered managers who were equally as cool and chill. Highly recommend!!!
