I love my CX30. Only a few very minor complaints. The back seat is small. I would only recommend it for small children. Since i'm the only user, it doesn't really apply to me. The car overall is small, which makes it easier to maneuver and more fun to drive than larger CX models. I'm 6'3 tall and have no problem fitting in the driver's seat - plenty of head and leg room. The other complaint is the small gas tank (under 13 gallons). Even though, I don't regret buying my CX30. It's a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend not looking at any trim level lower than premium due to all the options the premium includes. I opted for the non-turbo. It's fast enough without it, and was 3K less.

I can't say enough about my experience buying a car from McCandless Ford and sales person Joe Mike. It was the easiest and most pleasant car buying process I've ever had. I found the exact vehicle online and contacted them about details. Since I live 87 miles away, I was hoping I wasn't wasting my time. Joe got some basic information and then sent me a video inside and out of the vehicle! So much nicer than pictures - it really made me excited to see it in person. Joe was friendly and informative, and just the right amount of salesy. He wasn't pushy at all. He negotiated a more than fair trade in amount and applied every discount he could. This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.
