Tim was great. Took extensive time to explain EVERYTHING to us and no pressure, even when we left for a few hours to check other dealers. Nothing compared with the deal we got there, but most of all, it was a pleasure dealing with Tim who explained all the differences between models, factory warranty vs. extended warranty and much more. Even after the sale, he practically insisted upon helping us get my son's phone Bluetooth synched with the car, so he could make hands-free calls safely. The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

I bought a 2013 Mazda 2 in 2016 from the original owner for my son while he was at graduate school at Harvard. I drove it with him from South Carolina to Massachusetts. For a small car, it is very comfortable. I think we calculated that it got about 34 mpq on the highway. It never gave us any trouble. My son recently bought an Audi Q3, ie, the only reason for selling it now.

I was thrilled to get home and find a service video. I don't have a cell phone but, if I did, I believe they would show me the condition of any parts needing replacement before my making the decision to go ahead and have them do it. The clarity of the video was great! I could actually see the cracks in the belts that needed replacement and the dirt in the air filter. This is definitely a wonderful customer benefit. Nobody has to wonder: Do these parts really need replacing or are they just trying to sell me something to make money?

Originally purchased 12 years ago to replace a Honda Civic as a sales vehicle, this car has proven to be the most reliable vehicle I've ever driven with the least amount of maintenance issues. It's also been a lot of fun to drive. The 5 speed manual transmission has provided excellent gas mileage and minimal brake wear. The only real issue I had was with the original radio/CD player not functioning in very cold weather. That I replaced with another model. Having owned this car for 12 years, it runs as well as when it was new.

I requested an on line quote on a 2016 Honda Accord and got an almost immediate reply with a very competitive offer. I liked the up front approach taken with the offer.The offer was significantly lower than the No haggle Walser dealer in the Twin Cities area. The follow up was appropriate without being stalking. I ended up purchasing from my local Honda dealer who priced matched and wasn't a 100 miles further away. I almost felt guilty about not purchasing from Brookdale as the on line process was so smooth. I don't usually do reviews , however this was a very pleasant experience. I will be contacting this dealership again in the future for my next vehicle purchase.

This car feels very neutral and smooth in corners at any speed. Sometimes, it feels like it's too easy to go too fast in this because the grip is so confidence-inspiring. I have the non-turbocharged model, which has plenty of giddy up to it. I'm not sure if I regret choosing it over a turbocharged variant but there's plenty of power for my needs. The gearing is pretty tall and you need to plant your foot to let it rev out and find the right gear, but doing so is rewarded with a very responsive and surprisingly smooth engine for being a 4 cylinder. I was feathery on the gas at first, so it was underwhelming but I adjusted to the inputs. The car feels plenty sporty and the grip makes cornering feel amazing. The rear suspension is torsion beam and you will notice it on very poor roads, but everyday driving on decent roads feels super refined, quiet and grip is not affected by this suspension arrangement. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm 6'3" and fit pretty comfortably in the car even with the sunroof right above me. I've been in cars with more front legroom and have been less comfortable than I am in this car. Seat bolstering could be an issue for those with wider shoulders. I'm someone who loves a low driving position, so this car is a godsend in a world of soulless, blobby SUVs. I think this is the best all-around compact car you can get.

This is my precious car I lovedddd the car but winter is tough with the snow. My only complaint was the low profile tires are more prone to flat tires I had a lot! Snow and hills are not ideal but I worked overnight hours so roads are the worst at those hours!! Overall LOVED the car but wanted a safer car for work and child transport!!

I bought a Mazda Carbon Edition S 2.5 sedan and I love it! It handles so very well and takes the turns well. The color is the bluish gray. The stylist design of the car body is awesome. I enjoy driving a sedan once again instead of a SUV. The car is most comfortable to sit in. The dealership where I purchased it was wonderful to deal with as were the salesmen and the manager, Sam, who I met. My Carbon Edition is just awesome to drive. The interior is a burgundy color and the appointments in it are very stylish. I am still learning how to use all instruments on the dash, but I haven’t spent as much time doing so as I should have. My salesman,Luke , has offered to help with this if I want him to. I thoroughly recommend a Mazda to everyone, maybe a sedan is not what you want, you might want another model. I have had two SUVs and I wanted a change when I purchased a new car. Buy a Mazda.

When I walked into the Mazda dealership doors, I was greeted by Jacob Carlson. I wanted to purchase a brand new vehicle with no miles. He talked to me about my options. I chose having a Mazda cx-30 being shipped in. He approximately told me about three months and it was! The whole buying process was easy for me. I’m only 19 and didn’t have much to know about a new purchase on a vehicle, but Jacob took the time to explain things to me. When the vehicle arrived, I met up again with Jacob and it took no more than 30 mins to get me out the door with my new car. I appreciate the help from you and the dealership. I’m a very proud owner of my Mazda 3 with the Preferred Package. I’ve only owned it not even a month yet, and I wish I bought this car prior to the vehicle I traded for it. It’s still getting broken in, but it has every feature I could ask for and need. The gas mileage is great, it’s comfortable, quiet inside, has the get up and go when needed and so much more. Granted, I can’t really give a good review, but so far my Mazda 3 has really impressed me and always puts a smile on my face when I’m driving around.

The best purchase of my life. Bought this while in college as a basic sedan that I always liked the look of, and it was the most pleasant surprise of my life! So affordable, fun, peppy, responsive, and easy to maintain. It’s one of those cars that becomes your identity and a part of your personality. Maintained the car in my early 20s while going to school and had zero issues funding this car. Gas is cheap and my most major issue was the suspension needed to be redone when I hit 200k miles and because of harsh winters, I decided to put that repair money into a new AWD car. I miss the Mazda though!!! Recommend this vehicle to anyone and everyone!

Joe C. went above and beyond as a salesperson! We were there for quite some time because there were more Mazda CX-5s to choose from than we anticipated but eventually we got it narrowed down to one we loved. We had a few issues with payment (our fault, not the dealer's) and Joe and his manager (I think his name was Mustafa) were very accommodating and helped us work out a solution. Plus because of our indecisiveness we ended up being there over an hour after closing, they let us stay to finish up because we had traveled a few hours to get there, and again they were very accommodating and patient with us. I honestly don't think I could have had a better experience.

I bought this car brand new in 2012. Paid 17k. Worth every penny. It has 63k miles onit right now. Have never done anything other than change the oil and filter. It runs like it is expected. Slow and easy. You won't win no races with it. But it gets my wife to work with no issues. { 5 miles} Rain or snow. We have taken it on several road trips. Including a couple 1000 plus mile trips. Running wide open the whole way. It has no problem. I am a big guy. Very un comfy in most cars. But this I fall right into it and am able to climb back out with ease. The interior is cloth. Its starting to fade. But still no tears or wear marks. Theres nothing fancy about this car. But my wife loves it.

This was my third time working with Polar Mazda. Each visit has been excellent. On this last visit I worked with "Moose" Mustaphe. This is a great car for the money. I looked at and test drove other cars, but this had the best overall comfort and driving experience for my needs. The soft-touch surfaces throughout the interior make the car feel more upscale, and the rotary dial interface is very easy to use and actually reduces distractions compared to a traditional touchscreen. I opted for the non-turbo engine, which is still very sporty and more than adequate for city and highway driving as well as some curvy canyon roads. The engine sounds great and feels eager to be pushed more when you want to. While other compact sedans might have more space in the backseat or trunk, for me this is not an issue, as I don’t haul much cargo, and I’m usually the only one in the car. If you want something that looks great, rides well, is sporty and fun, and yet gets good mileage and is safe and practical, it’s hard to beat this car.

Bought a Honda Pilot with 300k miles. Still driving it 2 yrs later. Not a single breakdown. Heading to buy another car this week. I see all the negative reviews. They sell used cars. You the buyer should know what to look for.

I've been driving Mazda3 for 6 years. It is the best car among all the cars I've tried in the same price range. The sound system is totally the best, which is important for me as a musician. I have rented even newer models of other car brands and the sound system were trashy, also I had to carry the actual key, which is annoying. I like that Mazda3 has a sensor lock and starts with a button, and I don't have to carry a bulky key. Never had any failures with this car.

This was my 1st experience with CarMax and I have absolutely nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the entire process. Everyone that I dealt with, throughout the entire process had amazing attitudes and willing to help in any way possible. I truly felt like everyone enjoyed their jobs and their main goal was to make sure all their customers got into the vehicle that they truly wanted. Huge fan of this car! Highly recommended. This is a lease that I got after my lease on a 2020 Honda Civic. 85-95% of the Mazda experience is better than the Mazda experience is better than the Honda Civic experience with a few caveats. First, the infotainment on the Mazda is way better. Ignore what people say about a touch screen and how this car needs a touch screen. That is not true. The infotainment with the knob works better and is better for driver engagement than the Honda touch screen in my experience. The best evidence of this is with the Honda, I used my phone more than the infotainment system and with the Mazda I can do everything I need through the infotainment system. Second, the interior is very comfortable and it feels great. All of the places that had hard surfaces where my knees go while driving now have soft, leather surfaces with padding. Handling is superb with less body roll. The automatic transmission sounds like a real motor, no CVT drone. Pickup and power are more than adequate for all situations.
