Paid for my car on a Tuesday via a wire transfer, she was in my driveway on Thursday morning. Couldn't be happier with the car and the service. I'm sure I annoyed Gary with all of my questions and picture requests, but he was great.

Beyond excellent. For one month I have been trying to find a car for my granddaughter and it was a nightmare from dealerships and private people. We wanted a car with no CVT transmission, no accidents, one owner and most of all very affordable. This dealership was the only one that offered a 300 mile guarantee and not only sent a quote but also a video. Albert in the video pointed out every little scratch and the slightly worn drivers seat, which for a 2016 was in excellent condition . No wild goose chase. Purchased the car ,which was even lower than the price quoted which they texted to us prior to us driving all the way there. They detailed the car before we left the lot, although it was already nice and clean. My salesman Albert was fantastic. Followed my granddaughter back to her house and then drove two hours to where I live. That night the engine light came on and my granddaughter called and was crying. I called the dealership left messages and at 9:00 pm JUAN Raymundo called me back and apologized for the delay. What dealership would do that? Told him what happened and he volunteered to drive all the way to my granddaughter with a code reader to see what the issue could be. Told him we would wait till the morning. This morning, a Sunday, we called him as the check engine light was on. He sent a tow truck to pick up the car and bring it into service. They were able to fix the problem and did even more. Holler Classic motto is Buy Smart-Be Happy and we certainly are. I am so happy that we found a great Mazda Mazda 6 that had all the great safety features and of course all the perks a 19 year old wants. I'm old and have purchased many many cars and I am so impressed with this dealership and the kindness and attention that Juan gave us with this situation. Juan has alot of integrity and appreciated him going many more miles than he had to. I wish I could post a pic of my granddaughter with her beautiful happy smile. She works a full time job and goes to college at night full time so has a heavy load. Juan had the same experience and really related to this situation.

Joel (sales) and Jerod (sales manager) went above and beyond to earn my business. Very happy to have joined the Toyota family Saturday. David Kirby was our rep, he made our experience a breeze. I met David back in February while servicing my Kia across the street. I told him my plan then was to shop around until I could bring my boyfriend with me on a weekend. He was respectful and didn’t get pushy but still gave a high level of attention to my wants. We came in on Saturday and thankfully David was working. He provided the same level of high quality service, attention to detail, and focusing on our needs to help lock in our new 4Runner. If it wasn’t for David I honestly could have waited by get a new car but he really saved the day when I expressed that the numbers rep that jumped in came off a little “numbers only” and not as personable. The numbers guy did turn around and was patient with me explaining all my options. From beginning to end of being with a lease, this place has been the easiest to work with as far as time spent there overall when purchasing/leasing a vehicle. They have also held true to their word for anything that has been discussed over the phone. We originally went there with an old trade in to lease new. They gave us exactly what we were asking for no questions asked and we walked out with a brand new CX-5. When we returned the vehicle, they quoted us back equity within the vehicle over the phone, when arriving cut us a check on the spot, no gimmicks no questions. We were in and out for all transactions with them. Again, have always held true to their word over the phone. The entire staff has been excellent but in particular Brian Harris whom we have had the pleasure of working with throughout our time there. He has always gotten back within reasonable amounts of time and has devoted his time to us even when it involved transactions that we know did not merit any particular large sales bonuses. He is an asset to the Hamilton Mazda family. The sales manager Michel Trifiro has also been wonderful to work with. Any items discussed over the phone have been transposed by him in person. The level of personal touch they give has been proven throughout the last few years with them. Even their service department has been incredible to work with in particular Benito who has proven to be an asset as well! My only regret is that sadly we had to leave them this last month as we needed more space in a vehicle and the CX-9 was not big enough. Although they do also offer a fine selections of Volkswagens as well, my wife and I are not a fan of any of these vehicles. A+ HM for exemplary service, keep up the good work. If any body styles of the Mazdas change for a bigger size you will certainly see us again.

This was my first time coming into a dealer to get a new car. I was approached by my Salesman MJ right as I got out the car to be greeted and helped with my purchase. I told him what I wanted and he worked quick to get me looking and got me options quick. He was patient when I needed a moment to give it some thought and honestly I wasn't really sure if I wanted to get a car that day. But the info I got help led with my decision and made it real easy to get it done.
