Bought this model in 2014 brand new, it's 10 years later, at 100K miles, still runs like new , only items done are maintenance so far.Tires, brakes, battery, wipers, etc. Has never been in the shop for anything else. Period.

Recently my 2025 Activ Equinox kept sending me the message that my AWD was unavailable and needed service. I called Tom Gibbs and got an appointment right away (6/26/25). Alex Page is the advisor I deal with and he took my car for the service. My car was ready in a timely manner. Alex explained what the technician did and so far no more messages. the ECM was reprogrammed. I leased my first 2 Equinox vehicles from Tom Gibbs and purchased the 2025 Equinox. Bill Attwood has been my go-to salesman and he is the best. The Equinox is a dependable vehicle and the 2025 Activ model is fabulous.

I purchased this car after getting hit head on in my Mazda MX five, which was totaled, but thankfully protected me from serious injury. I’m a big Mazda fan having owned a brand new Miata for 20 years prior to trading it in for the MX five. I looked at BMW, Audi, Lexus, Mercedes, and several other type SUV vehicles and chose to purchase the CX 30. I love the size and the nimbleness of handling. The reliability of Mazda’s can’t be beat in my opinion. I have essentially had no issues after buying this car brand new in December 2019 and still owning it as of spring 2024. Other than the normal maintenance I’ve had zero problems. It is easy to park maneuver and has good storage. If someone has really long legs and it’s going to ride in the back seat, they may not be perfectly comfortable. There are several things I wish I could change. One the size of the key fob is too big to fit into small purses And pockets. The center console top opens weirdly, and if you have the back seat full of items, it is often impossible to get into that compartment. It would be better if it open side to side, as is more traditional than tilting to the back where there isn’t adequate clearance when the backseat is full. The only other thing I wish is that it had electric seats. I also find that the shoulder strap on my neck given my height, and it would be very helpful if the shoulder strap was adjustable for people who are not tall. I agree with the reviews describing the easiness of the entertainment system. There is very little not to like about this car. I will definitely buy this model again.

My wife and I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue SL from Beck Nissan in Palatka, Florida. And we want to say thank you to Anna Charles, Sales Consultant, and Sybil Turner, General Sales Manager. They truly made our car-buying experience enjoyable. We truly loved that they did not play games, give us the little piece of paper with a number on it or waste our time. They were upfront, transparent, and true to their word. I found that to be a rare trait in salespeople in this day and age. We went in asking about an SV Rogue, and while Anna Charles was getting paperwork on that vehicle, we decided to upgrade to an SL Rogue. But Anna did not pressure us to get the more expensive vehicle. So, I asked why, and Anna stated that she wanted us to be happy with our car-buying experience at Beck Nissan, and if we were pleased, we would come back and do business with her in the future. Furthermore, her name and reputation were at state also. And Anna was right. We will come back to see her when we have future car needs. Sybil Turner, General Sales Manager. She was very professional, courteous, and considerate of our time. First, she asked what we needed and what we wanted. Then she gave us some options, and we picked the one we liked. I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

I love Beck Nissan. I called Trevor in the service department and made my appointment for a oil and filter change and tire rotation. I love the fact that as an older single woman, I can take my car in to be serviced, they do what I ask and there is no oh but you need this done and there is another problem. They do what you ask them to do in a friendly and timely manner. That makes it a better experience all around for me. Thank you Beck Nissan and keep up the good work.

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!
