I bought myself a Christmas gift, a new CX5 SignatureTurbo the day after Christmas and I absolutely love it! I don't' know why I didn't get one sooner. I have always been a Toyota, Lexus guy, but I must say this classy vehicle beats the others. Why, let's start with the interior. Mazda makes some of the most beautiful interiors! Exteriors too!! The fit and finish are superb! The CX 5 is extremely quiet and smooth riding, and I can honestly say it is quieter than any Lexus I have had in the past. There is also the fun factor! If you haven't tried a Mazda, you need to. They are a driver's car and fun to drive. The trim level I have has the Bose system and has a beautiful surround sound. Crank up the volume and it's awesome! The safety features are excellent, and everything is conveniently located. There is no need in paying for other Luxury cars when you can get a Mazda and save thousands, and they are the best keep secret out there. Luxury, fun, good looks for much less. I am definitely staying in the Mazda family.

We were loyal Subaru owners previously but were forced to look at other car makers when the 2025 forester had problems and recalls. The 2025 Mazda cx-5 was the most similar car, with no recalls or issues. We were pleased with the price and ready availability, made the jump from Subaru and haven't looked back. We owned several Subaru's previously and never had any issues with them - our most recent was fifteen years old. As retirees, the new safety features like the backup screen and warnings for blind spots are terrific. I just hope the Mazda proves to be as problem-free. Also, the Mazda CX-5 was highly rated by our insurance co. and lowered the cost of our insuring our new car.

Well I am really not sure this is legal but Mazda and many other manufacturers charge you monthly for an app that controls the vehicle. Remote start etc. I purchased this vehicle and I'm sure they already charged me in the purchase price for all the options it has. How can they charge me $10 a month for the rest of the years I own this vehicle just so I can remote start and see other information about the vehicle? It is like I sell you a kitchen and after a year if you want to open the doors you have to pay monthly for an app to do it. This is totally ridiculous and a scam. Say Mazda or any other car manufacturers sell 20,000,00 cars and all the people that bought them pay $10 a month to use the app they make an additional $200,000,000 for just use of the app. Well this is in my mind an absolute tragedy and should be illegal. Shame on them and all car manufacturers. I found an option to fix this. It still should not be this bad but anything to not pay these corrupt people any money. I found an aftermarket kit to fix this permanently for just over two years of monthly payments. It is called Startz, you can purchase on Amazon and install yourself. Good Luck

I love my 2018 Mazda CX-5 to absolutely no end! I have a blast driving it, and it is my first car. I have the Touring FWD model, but it does NOT skimp out on features, it has blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, back-up camera, Automatic Emergency Braking, airbags EVERYWHERE, and whole plethora of other safety features. It is very quick, reliable, and fun to drive. My only complaint is there is not much in the way of cabin storage. But it is not a deal breaker, since the trunk of the car has a large cargo area, and lots of room in the spare tire area. It has an amazing Bose speaker system and I was given this car for my birth day at about 30k miles, but it was purchased new. I have FWD (Front wheel drive) but it still does amazing in conditions like rain, and minor snow. It is also the only car from this segment that placed a good rating on the IIHS Crash Test. It is often on par with luxury brands like BMW and Mercedes but having the advantage of being half the cost and Japanese so it lasts forever and also since it's not German, the repairs won't cost a house mortgage. However, if you get a 2018, make sure you get an updated Navigation SD Card. I cannot recommend this car enough, it is perfect in nearly everyway. I am now a loyal Mazda customer, and will always have a Mazda in my garage, I trust them more than any other automaker. Perks: Large backseat (I am 6'1 and can for the most part fit comfortably in the back) Fun to drive Fuel efficient Safety Feature galore Reliable and cheap to maintain Excellent use of space Cons: If I had to choose, not as much cabin storage as I want, but I want more than the average person.

Perfect car! Traded in my CX-30, which was a wonderful car, but I wanted better visibility and more backseat space. The CX-5 ticks all the boxes: reasonable price, driving comfort, beautiful interior, smart dial system to use with the screen (which makes driving much safer than a touchscreen), plenty of cargo space without feeling too large, All Wheel Drive, and fun to drive. And some luxury options even on the lower trims.

I did an extensive research on Japanese SUV’s and I kept coming back to the Mazda CX5. This vehicle is beautiful inside and out and is amazingly smooth and quiet. It also has really good handling and plenty of power even with the 4 cylinder. I think Mazda gives the best bang for the buck of all the Japanese car brands. I highly recommend the Mazda CX5.

This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.

I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

Test drove a used 2019 CX-5 two days ago and loved it. However, the exterior had a number of scratches and no sunroof, which is a must. Came home, looked online and found an immaculate 2018 CX-5 with only 31K miles at a Mazda dealer 70 miles away. Test drove it this morning and brought it home this afternoon. Smooth acceleration, quiet cabin, absorbs bumps nicely. Feels like driving a much more expensive care. Touring model gives you all the features you would expect in a much more expensive car. Looking forward to many years of driving comfort and enjoyment. PS Took a very critical friend with me to check out the car, and he had nothing but praise for it.

I would recommend this car for a single individual, maybe as a commuter or a teenage driver. I wouldn’t recommend for growing families. Four adults will not fit comfortably, it’s just too small. I wish I would have got the CX-70 but they’re just too expensive.

I got a gewat price on my truck, and they were great about replacing the parts that disappeared between when I looked at it and when I bought it. I am very happy with them and my truck!

Mazda is comfortable, I'm in my 70's Reliable, rides great, great on gas. Something that is great on the road, Able to handle, I've handle: M-6 sadan, SUV 5, big enough good room ,and M-cx30 and 3. All long distance traveling. And not high maintenance. Good for all season

Had a Very fast and on the go oil change, and my truck check up service on a Saturday, same day as I called they took care of me!

Purchased "preferred" version almost 4 months ago. Nearly 4,000 miles. It is primar=illy my run around vehicle. With the Toyota hybrid system I am averaging 44 MPG. Priced approximately $4,000 less than comparable Toyota RAV4. I am extremely satisfied with the vehicle. I find it comfortable, reliable, true to Mazda driving experience.

Tire was bad they find out what wrong with it. Give us updates on status each time. Excellent service. Good customer service. I would like to recommend it to friends and family.

Despite this being the final year offered (the CX-90 will replace it soon) the CX-9 is still a looker. The 6 speed transmission shifts smoothly and the 2.5L turbo has plenty of power to move this 4200 pound AWD, SUV. Seats are very comfortable in both first and middle and I keep the third row folded down leaving a good sized cargo area for hauling groceries, 50lb bags of birdseed, softener salt and anything else I need to carry. And I absolutely love the way this thing handles! It feels far more like a nimble car than a 3 row SUV. The 12 speaker Bose sound system is clear and powerful. The cabin is very quiet at all speeds. The ride is firm but solid and comfortable. Not a squeak or rattle. I have the Carbon Edition and I feel it looks as fresh as any new three row mid-sized SUV out there. I traded my 2019 Ram Limited (an incredibly luxurious truck for the Mazda and I was concerned about adapting to a smaller vehicle but the CX-9 is everything I could have hoped for. I would recommend anyone who enjoys driving and has to occasionally carry some bulky stuff to consider one of these before they're gone.

Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. I appreciate the lane indicator features. Great small SUV

So let's do the honest review. Melton was our first stop for car buying as they had the best deals in the local area on Rams. Online they consistently were beating local big names in Tulsa and surrounding areas on price and I monitored prices since September so about 3 months. We drove the 30 minutes or so up there from midtown and when we arrived we weren't attacked while inspecting vehicles on the lot. In fact we came in and were promptly greeted we told are sales rep Baley about the vehicles we were interested and he grabbed the keys and paperwork for a test drive while they copied my license. From there we returned. The price negotiation was on! Unfortunately there was not a lot of room to budge but this is expected for a family owned company especially one where sales do not work on commission and are salary. They offered us water and snacks several times. Everyone wore masks. While I was there I saw they were helping another vet (it was veterans day so as an army vet I was dead set on getting a truck that day) and the care and attention they showed was astonishing. Bailey even offered a gentleman crossing the street in a wheelchair help. We still felt the price was worth checking a different dealer out....big mistake we should have just stayed. It was such a nightmare that by the time it was said and done, we drove straight back to Melton. Baley had our same offer ready and we went to see Greg who was able to accommodate us and kept us rolling laughing as we signed over our first born (or at least a lot of money). This was such a family experience and presence in the place. I could not be happier with my new purchase and will be back. Their prices and handling of sales and contracts by Baley and Greg were better then any of the dealers in Tulsa metro area, for this truck search or my last car search a few years ago. I love my CX30. Only a few very minor complaints. The back seat is small. I would only recommend it for small children. Since i'm the only user, it doesn't really apply to me. The car overall is small, which makes it easier to maneuver and more fun to drive than larger CX models. I'm 6'3 tall and have no problem fitting in the driver's seat - plenty of head and leg room. The other complaint is the small gas tank (under 13 gallons). Even though, I don't regret buying my CX30. It's a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend not looking at any trim level lower than premium due to all the options the premium includes. I opted for the non-turbo. It's fast enough without it, and was 3K less.

A joy to drive. The turbo gives a smooth punch of pickup. Don’t feel the speed! Interior is compact and efficient and steering wheel and seats warm up fast at the push of a button. An absolute pleasure to drive.
