Bought my granddaughter her first car at Claycomb’s …. a year ago…. Given the escalating price of used cars, we still got a very fair deal. There were a few minor problems right after delivery and rhe dealer took care of them right away. We are on our second service cycle and they got us in very promptly. I feel the minor repairs they did were very fairly priced. Dealer staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I hate bread some negative reviews about this dealership and would remind people that no dealer is perfect there’s obviously for one situation is no matter where you go… But I would put the this dealer’s reputationreputation against any of the major dealerships in secondary used car dealerships

I spoke with Joe about finding me a 2015 Toyota 4Runner. I was looking for a very specific one was having no luck at other dealers. Within 2 days Joe found me a 2016 for a lower price than most 2015s. Had roadside assistance bring car in for what I assumed was a warranty related issue since the car has only 12k miles but it ended up being a damaged radiator. Cam was incredibly helpful in setting me up with a rental for the night and the service tech who started the repair late Thursday came in on his day off to finish the repair. I wasn?t thrilled with such a bill on a relatively new car, but Cam?s exemplary service resulted in a great service experience.
