I had a genuinely great experience purchasing my car and wanted to recognize the team that made it happen. From the moment I walked in, Nick, my salesperson, was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never once made the process feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to walk me through the different options, answer all of my questions honestly, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the decision. What really stood out was how attentive he was — he listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the right vehicle instead of just trying to “sell” me something. He also made the test drive and walkthrough of the car really helpful, pointing out features and making sure I understood everything before leaving. I also want to thank Dan, the manager, who stepped in during the process and made everything smooth on the back end. Dan was transparent, professional, and worked with me to make the numbers make sense without the typical dealership runaround. He made the financing and paperwork portion straightforward and efficient, which made a big difference in keeping the whole experience stress-free. Other than an error code that was fixed about a month after purchase. The CX-50 has been a pleasure to drive. Very responsive and once you get used to the safety feature built into the cruise control that is fine as well. It will slow down automatically when approaching a slower moving vehicle. If you change to passing lane it will then speed up until set speed or you approach another vehicle. Gas mileage is 24 city and it seems like 28 to 30 highway. Not actually calculated that but miles oer tank increases. Love the car but for me back seats seem to sit too straight. Not sure if they can recline or not.

I went to several differant dealers and was treated very bad. That is why Im leaving this review because at this location I was treated with a lot of respect made to feel at ease. I test drove several cars because I still didn't know what I wanted. They were very polite and patient and showed me every car I wanted to drive, and when I choose the car I wanted they helped me keep it in my budget. Excellent dealer around...

I loved this car. It picks up and moves. No lag. Smooth riding. Great gas mileage. Even with my clutch going out it still lasted a year. It finally died @ 270,000 miles. Freeze plug and timing belt. It performs well. Very nicely rounded. The downside of this vehicle was it needed higher Octane gasoline if ever you put anything below that the motor oil would get sludgy. Learned that the hard way. Lol. The car is great but when it’s done it’s completely done. Tune-ups are quite expensive but last longer versus an average 4-cylinder. More tune-ups for less money each time. Or a bit more money with fewer tune-ups needed. I'm sure the higher octane required has a big part in that also.
