I have been a Customer of Ferrari PB for almost 10 years. Initially ,I had them serve my Maserati from up north. Frequently, my wife and I would wait for service just to walk around their show room. Everyone was always very courteous and inviting. I’m now a regular customer and have purchased 3 cars from them. I’ve always dealt with TONY . He’s very professional and has guided me through several purchase. Their service department is second to none. I’ve been dealing with JAMES for almost 5 years now. I have his cell phone in the event of after hours issues. A while ago, I called him early evening on an issue with my car. It was strange that I didn’t hear from him immediately. Fortunately, it wasn’t anything major. However, the next morning I got a call from him and he apologized for not getting back immediately. He said he was on vacation in Europe and just saw my missed call. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I know they treat all service customers this way whether the car was purchased there or else. I think I know just about everyone there by first name. Sometimes when I’m in the area and just stop by to say hello. This is truly a 5 STAR DEALERSHIP Earlier this week, I had a warning notice on my car. I called James and he said, don’t drive it, I’ll have a truck pick it up. While the car was being serviced, he kept me posted. I frequently call him on operational questions and he gladly responds. What a great team.

Diego and Randy and Hasiel were excellent to work with. Clear explanations and helped to fit the purchases into a very hard budget number. Only star missing is due to the required LoJack and window etching, but they made the numbers work, which is the ultimate bottom line. Would def recommend them

I looked, test drove both the Ferrari Pista and the Mclaren 720s before choosing the 720s. The look of the car is great, performance even better. Great handling, impressive speed faster than the Ferrari and the interior is also better than the Ferrari. For this much money I expect the interior to be as awesome as the exterior, that's were Mclaren could improve.

What can I say. Overall a great experience. They really enjoy what they do over here and the stock of cars is amazing!! One word of advice is make sure you check every small detail. The sales people can miss details and so can you. They move cars QUICK here and the sales reps on a Saturday seemed very busy!! The dealer had burgers and drinks to share with us while we waited which was awesome. Before I met the owner and his son, I was getting the feeling this was a family business, and it is! Really a great experience and awesome selection of cars. A++ dealer for used high end cars!

Car was as represented. Sales staff were friendly and on point. No up selling pressure. Bentley brand was well presented . Senior management was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend doing business with them.

Arian is a very friendly relaxed salesman who is not pushy and very professional. Their shop foreman, Collin, is very knowledgeable and precise! I bought a Jeep Wrangler for my son last week and as I drove it off the lot I discovered the radio didn't work. I thought, "Oh shoot, I just signed an 'As is - Where is, No Warranty'" document. I brought it back to Jamie, their used car manager, and he immediately smiled and said, "No problem." He had a brand new radio installed and didn't charge me a dime. Who does that?! Jamie does. When it comes time to hang up the spurs on my own Ford F-150 you can be sure I am heading back to Phil Long Ford. They are people of character and integrity.

Relatively low price, compact but powerful, very uncomfortable for day-to-day use but still fun. Very good value for price, would recommend for anyone being a low-price supercar.
