It has been about 4 years since I purchased my luxury SUV from them and everytime I go there for service, the job is always done effectively for a marginal fee. Recently, my truck couldn't move forward and backward and I had it towed to them. To my big surprise, I had it back yesterday (11/20/19). While I was expecting a monster bill, to my big surprise, the invoice was zero. When I asked why, the answer was: " What was done, only required a nominal charge", and as a customer, that charge was fully discounted. In my opinion, any other place would have charged at least $2,000.00. In my opinion, McLaren has been incredible in general, and my McLaren 675LT Spider has been incredible overall as I have the true elegance, with mine as an MSO Car, I have extra options, but I have driven a standard Spider which has been great as well. The Track Telemetry Cameras which I have is also awesome!
