Destiny, our service representative was equally outstanding. She kept us informed of the repair details and time frame. Additionally, when we had to adjust the appointment schedule she did a great job of rearranging times and dates! She is fantastic at her job!!!!!!!

Austin did a quick and efficient job in getting my annual service done quickly as well as replacing the tires. Also, I thought I had left my laptop bag in the loaner car and both Austin and Jordan both went and checked for me and Jordan even checked the security cams to verify if I had left it at the dealer. Turns out I just left at home, but again thanks for going above and beyond to assist!

Nate Manzanares is a wonderful service advisor. He exhibits very competent management skills, greets his customers warmly, and has much more knowledge about the inner workings of cars, especially of Mercedes, than most of the service advisors I?ve worked with over the 40 years I?ve been a Mercedes owner. He also patiently takes the time, even in the middle of a sometimes chaotic environment, to explain to customers how those inner parts work, and why the repairs are truly needed.
