Another great, 5star experience!!! So I had a scheduled appointment to wait at the dealership for an oil change, tire repair and a concern I had about the performance of my vehicle. My advisor Peyton, was awesome, able to get the foreman and whom also advised me,Tony, to ride with me and ask about my concerns shortly after I arrived. After taking my vehicle to the back, the technician Travis, did an inspection and was able to find other issues that needed attention. So I was able to get the repairs done all at once. Which was great cause of my busy schedule. Peyton was very knowledgeable and quick to give updates, quotes and time frame of repairs needed. I was impressed with the lead cashier Kimberly, who listened in on our conversation and although I had expected to wait, she was able to come up with a solution for a day rental so I could get the rest of my errands done and pick up my kids after school. We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

C Class Mercedes are great vehicles. My last one lasted 7 years and 300,000 miles and this one seems even better. Improved interior and exterior styling with many new features. Drives smoothly with power and handles great.

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

Great driving comfort,loaded with features. Safety is definitely a priority with the MB engineering . I have leased a total of 4 Mercedes and totally satisfied with every single one.

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate.
