New car died only 4800 miles. Mercedes towed it. Excellent support. Took a few days to determine what happened. Lots of software updates were required. Sterling took good care of me because I was out of sorts and questioning my decision to have purchased this car. Sterling did a good job calming me down. Worked with Jacob Plont and had a great experience. Called him late afternoon on a Friday with the specific model vehicle I was looking for, he found one at the big Nissan port in San Antonio and Saturday morning he went to pick it up for me. Took care of the finance piece with awesome Karla while Jacob was gone and then left to have lunch and do a little shopping nearby until my car was on their lot. They washed it, filled the tank and Jacob went over a few questions I had about various functions of the car. He was a super nice guy and not the usual pushy salesman type guy - haha. One of the easiest and most pleasant car buying experiences I’ve ever had and I drove off in my new car less than 24 hours after I called looking for what I wanted! We bought a car for our daughter from this dealership about 7 years ago when it was San Marcos Nissan and that was also a good experience. 👍🏼👍🏼
